Authentic, traditional, but with all modern conveniences - a perfect home from home
Pros:

Mrs Arzu runs a great place - we were there for one night only (but I wish we could have stayed longer) and every single detail was taken care of including a valet car service. We said we wanted to go to a traditional Urfa Sira Gecesi and Mrs Arzu booked us in to the best place in town where we had an amazing night. The location is superb as it is 5 mins walk from the historical sights of Urfa like Balikli Gol and the historic castle/old town/market. The room was very clean but modern with TV and modern bathroom, spotless as well. Breakfast was outstanding as was the in house restaurant with its own renowned chef (serving high quality lunch and dinner too). Will DEFFO be returning !

Overall a great hotel with authentic atmosphere and great location near Balıklıgöl an shopping district.
Pros:

Great location in old part of town. Nicely renovated. Very nice staff. Was able to park the car with the hotel. Great breakfast.

Cons:

We had some issues with the water lambing in the room which was an inconvenience.

Perfect location and welcoming staff.
Pros:

I felt very welcomed at the hotel. The staff was outstanding. When I drove up they took care of my car and always parked for me very nearby. The location was excellent. Nice quiet area but very close to walk to the main market and the areas I wanted to tour. The breakfast was lovely - a full Turkish breakfast (not standard hotel buffet). When I returned from the day - I felt at home, comfortable, and safe. The common areas - lobby and large courtyard were lovely. The rooms were so quiet and nicely appointed.

Cons:

The room overall was a little cramped. The fridge did not seem to work - but I really didn't need it. The lighting in the room was not helpful to read in bed.

Lovely, comfortable hotel with amazing staff.
Pros:

They greeted me by name and helped park my car for me. I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The room was very quiet and I slept wonderfully. The location is excellent - smaller street but very near the places I had wished to visit. The staff was the best. Very good English and helpful in every regard. Very stylish and pretty hotel. In the morning I had a lovely full Turkish breakfast included in the cost. I would certainly recommend it and stay here again!

Cons:

The room was a little small. Shower was a bit unpredictable with the temperature control. I wish the hours of breakfast were expanded a little earlier. The restaurant had limited vegetarian options.

From the moment we pulled up to saved spaces in front of the property, every detail was perfection. Good location, easy to walk to tourist sites and museums. Spotlessly clean, rooms and fittings look brand new and high end. AC and WIFI work well. The team is what make this property very special. We felt like friends by the end of the stay. Good English from the owner and manager. Anything you need at all, just ask!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astarte in Sanliurfa. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the museum, the castle, and the Pool of Abraham. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning traditional decoration that creates such an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious options to start the day, and the personnel were truly great—warm, helpful, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Check-in Saatinden 2 saat önce giris yapmak istedik, hem kabul ettiler hemde daha genis bir oda verildi. Kaldigimiz oda ferah ve temiz bir odaydi. Otel tarihi yansitan, cok hos bir yer.
Kahvalti cok iyi seviyede. Calisanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardimci oluyorlar.

Odamizda ki dolap calismiyordu. Bu sebeple resepsiyondan soguk icecek istedik. Malesef sadece soda vardi. Bu konu biraz gelistirilebilir. Baska bir sorun yasamadik

It’s in the details.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and very well thought out. The details and design are very appealing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the owner! She made the stay very personal and welcoming. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious and so well prepared!!! The area the hotel is located is so walkable with everything near!

Cons:

The only negative thing is the pillows are so over stuffed that they hurt your neck and are uncomfortable.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en aardige kamer met daarin een enorm bad voor twee personen met bubbeloptie. Alleen was de waterdruk onvoldoende om het op redelijke termijn gevuld te krijgen.
