Fijn hotel met behulpzaam personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt.
Pros:

Fijn hotel met zeer behulpzame personeel en een zeer goed ontbijt. We hebben heerlijk genoten. Hotel ligt centraal en alles ligt op loopafstand.

Если коротко - все очень понравилось.
Расположение: все самое главное в ШанлыУрфе- в шаговой доступности - пещеры, пророки, музеи, базар, супермаркет. Рекомендую просто прогуляться по этому району - много ухоженных аутотентичных улочек, ароматных пекарен, интересных зданий.
В отеле служащие сами паркуют автомобиль - это очень удобно на узкой улочке. В отеле работает очень хороший служащий, Рамазан, разговаривает по английски, по русски. Очень общительный, всегда очень помогает - объясняет что где находится, помогает со всякими бытовыми мелочами - наполнить термос, принести стаканы и т.д..
Я второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Решили поужинать наконец там где живем и оказалось, что кухня тут просто превосходная, а уж мы-то перепробовали много ресторанов.
В этот второй приезд, точнее, в самый его отъезд, когда уже выносил чемоданы, познакомился с хозяевами отеля - они очень милые и интеллигентные люди. Жаль, что так поздно познакомились. Хозяин - сам археолог. Он занимается раскопками в Урфе и водит экскурсии. Всегда гораздо интереснее и познавательнее, когда экскурсии проводит тот, кто погружен в тему профессионально, чем тот, кто рассказывает на уровне рекламных буклетов.

Arzu hanim sira gecesi rezervasyonu yapti bizim icin. Otelin onunde sokakta aracinizi park etmeniz icin yardim ediyorlar. Merkeze yuruyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltida bi kus sutu eksikti diyebilirim.

Hotel caratteristico a due passi da Balikligol.
Camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort.
Personale super disponibile, anche per posteggiare l’auto, sempre di fronte alla struttura.
La colazione viene servita al piano di sopra, dove funge anche da ristorante, con una quantità impressionante di varianti tutte tipicamente turche.
Nel raggio di 1 km troverete un ampio centro commerciale con negozi e punti ristoro.

Authentic, traditional, but with all modern conveniences - a perfect home from home
Pros:

Mrs Arzu runs a great place - we were there for one night only (but I wish we could have stayed longer) and every single detail was taken care of including a valet car service. We said we wanted to go to a traditional Urfa Sira Gecesi and Mrs Arzu booked us in to the best place in town where we had an amazing night. The location is superb as it is 5 mins walk from the historical sights of Urfa like Balikli Gol and the historic castle/old town/market. The room was very clean but modern with TV and modern bathroom, spotless as well. Breakfast was outstanding as was the in house restaurant with its own renowned chef (serving high quality lunch and dinner too). Will DEFFO be returning !

Overall a great hotel with authentic atmosphere and great location near Balıklıgöl an shopping district.
Pros:

Great location in old part of town. Nicely renovated. Very nice staff. Was able to park the car with the hotel. Great breakfast.

Cons:

We had some issues with the water lambing in the room which was an inconvenience.
