Pros:

Любезен персонал, чисто и уютно. Леглата са удобни. Освен открития има и малък подземен паркинг за няколко коли.

Cons:

Малко е шумно, вратите на стаите са тежки и се тряскат, сутрин те събуждат. За детските легла нямаше олекотени завивки и трябваше да искаме допълнително одеала от рецепцията. Закуската е прилична, има какво още да се желае. Имаше свършили неща и се наложи няколко пъти да помолим да заредят.

Extremely pet friendly, great staff, clean hotel
Pros:

The entire staff from the reception to the restaurant was extremely polite, helpful and professional.

The rooms were very clean.

Parking is secure either underground or above based in your preference.

The hotel was extremely pet friendly and considerate even allowing us to sit with our 14kg dog to eat breakfast and dinner.

Specifically we want to mention Nebahat - who was very helpful at arranging everything.

If we ever pass Edirne again this is where we will stay!

Pros:

Modern hotel equipped with everything you would need. The breakfast is excellent and there are a lot of types of local dishes.

Also you can charge your electric car in front of the hotel for 10TL / 1kwh

Cons:

The location is not the best but if you have a car you will get around fine.

Pros:

Персоналът беше много любезен. Хотелът чист и приятен. На 10 мин с кола от центъра, на 5 мин с кола до аутлета и мола. В близост има заведения и кафета. Има открит и закрит паркинг.

Cons:

Заведението в хотела работи и вечер, имаше жива музика , която се чуваше до много късно и пречеше да заспиш. Хотелът е точно на улица и е шумно от колите, ако стаята гледа към нея. Сутринта на закуска нямаше места и стояхме прави до хранещите се, докато някой стане. Закуската като цяло е хубава, с интересни предложения , но свършваше и бавно изкарваха други. Нямаше мляко за кафето , а водата беше от чешма, което не ми е проблем, но в чужда държава не ми се рискува.Предвид толкова много позитивни коментари, очаквах повече.

Mattresses

Cons:

Room was faraway from what was explained in the booking. The secondary two beds (for kids) were separate in like isolated with glass door room, for which the isolation was not good and sounds and cold was getting in.
At the breakfast there were no spoons, no bowls and no one spoke english. Milk was scarce.
Fridge in the room was not functioning.
Underground parking was ridiculously narrow - enter at own risk - almost mandatory damage. Outside parking was not available most of the nights either because of the restaurant is busy at night or the hotel is overbooked.

Отношението на персонала и хотелът са много добре. Цената също , както и ресторантът към хотела

Cons:

Имам забележка само за чаршафите, които бяха чисти, но много драскаща материя, което за мен беше необяснимо

Отлично място за настаняване
Pros:

Местоположението е много добро. Има голям паркинг и е спокойно. Закуската беше отлична. Nebahat Hebaхat говори български и комуникацията беше лесна. Чисто и приятно място за настаняване. Има две заведения в хотела и при късно пристигане е много удобно. Едното предлага типично турска кехня. а другото пици и бургери. Всичко беше вкусно. Бих се върнала отново.

Посещаваме хотела за поне 5 път .До сега не ни се е случвало да имаме оплаквания.
Този път ни настаниха в много малка стая .Куфара ми беше буквално пред леглото налагаше се да прескачам ,за да отида до тоалет .Спалнята беше също много малка ,беше ни тясно ,неудобен матрак и възглавници .Срещу хотела има два строежа ,от 14 часа до 17 часа беше много шумно .Вечерта в ресторанта на хотела имаше музикална програма .Продължи до късно .Въобще не беше възможно човек да си почива ,дори и на затворен прозорец всичко се чуваше.
