Pros:

Am cuvinte doar de lauda pentru întreg personalul, dar în special pentru dra Nebahat de la recepție, care a fost foarte draguta și ne a dat toate informațiile unde sa petrecem o zi minunata, hotelul f.frumos, micul dejun diversificat, oameni drăguți.Locatia foarte aproape de Margi outlet și Erasta mall

Cons:

Nu pot sa zic ca mi a displăcut ceva, poate lumina în camera puțin cam galbena pentru gustul meu, nu mi a displăcut nici măcar ca au încălzire în pardoseala doar pe jumătate din camera, chiar și asa a fost f.cald.

Pros:

Има паркинг
Персонала е супер готин. Момичето ,което беше на рецепцията е Nebahat и е страхотна. Говори български,усмихната и готина.
Стаите са чисти,има всичко нужно. Супер топло беше. Закуската също супер.

Изключително сме доволни от топлото отношение на персонала, и най-вече от Небахат,която ни посрещна с усмивка и много добър български език.

Самият хотел беше чист а закуската нормална но студена.

Имам обаче няколко забележки относно стаята. Душът не беше подвижен, което затруднява къпането, особено ако човек не иска да мокри косата си. Освен това, вратата на банята беше плъзгаща се, но не прилягаше добре – имаше голям луфт и се чуваше абсолютно всичко, което създаваше дискомфорт.

Pros:

Много ни хареса хотела ,беше чисто,храната вкусна.
На рецепцията бяхме посрещнати от Небахат ,беше много усмихната и любезна,бяхме очаровани,че знаеше български.

При 3 нощувки само веднъж почистиха стаята и след като помолихме една камериерка.

Хотелът е чист, топъл, стаите комфортни, снабдени с всичко, което е необходимо за кратък престой. Закуската е отлична. Рецепционистката на име Небахат е изключително мила и любезна дама, знае български език и помага много при нужда. Препоръчвам 🙂

Хотелът е много приятен – чист, поддържан и с любезен персонал. На рецепцията Небахат е много мила и внимателна.

Cons:

Единственото, което леко наруши комфорта ни, беше шумът отвън (улица/заведение/движение) през нощта.
