Nice get away hotel with charme. Directly at the beach with pool. Not everything is perfect but I prefer real humans around me.

Far from the city center, the waterfront Although it is more like a resort and not a hotel, the room service did not do their job until I complained to them, and then I was inundated with violations, including a smoking violation despite the cold weather where the temperature reaches 5C outside, and they ask you to go out and smoke outside, and a fine for spilling tea or coffee on the bedspread and not the mattress. I have never had a fine imposed on me in any hotel for spilling tea or juice on the mattress by mistake. In general, an experience that will not be repeated.

This property was located further out than expected due to the traffic going to all the tourist sites like Lions head, Cape of good Hope, etc. But if you are okay with a 30-40 Uber/Taxi ride then it’s an excellent place to stay. The staff was amazing, and even while they were short staffed they did an amazing job. I upgraded to Studio 3 since it was available and was worth every dollar spent. The Mountain View’s, ocean view and the amazing sunsets made it all worth it. This place offers a simple walk onto the beach, a nice relaxing pool area to enjoy, and breakfast every morning along with the option of dinner being cooked upon request. It is located in a very upscale neighborhood, which is very safe to walk/jog around during the morning or evening hours. This property will not disappoint if you are looking for a relaxing time!
