Pros:

The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.

Hotel needs to get their act together
Pros:

The hotel had ignored the owners/property manager's instructions to clean before our arrival and when we arrived, we were greeted with a filthy apartment with moldy food and wet, smelly towels. It was a total disaster from the previous tenants. Our two young grandchildren were tired and had nowhere to calm down. It was a fight until the hotel cleaned the place.
