Nice old pub in a good location with friendly staff. Food good.
All fine
The rooms was very clean and comfortable with a coffee machine and kettle. The breakfast was excellent!
The staff in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were a bit casual.
Location, on site parking, good restaurant
?
Supposed to be complimentary whisky in the room which was missing, not that I wanted it anyway but you do say.......
We stayed at the George and Dragon for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby.
The pub and hotel was lovely, we were really impressed with the size of our room and all the included amenities.
We paid extra for a slightly bigger room and think it was well worth it!
The bed was comfy, room and bathroom were both large. Sadly we didn't get to use the bath but it was a very decent size tub. All bath and shower products were available, along with a coffee machine and even complimentary sloe gin.
The 'Quiet Room' was a nice touch, where you could have a whiskey or sloe and play some cards.
The staff were nice and helpful and there was just about enough parking for us in the back carpark.
It is a busy high street outside but the noise didn't bother us at all.
Breakfast was ok - there seemed to be only 1 member of staff running everything which meant fruits and juices weren't replenished often and service was a little slow. The full english was average but there were a decent range of options
Drinks in the pub were crazy expensive. We live in London so are used to high prices but it was close to insanity.
I would say overall G&D is on the more expensive side compared to other places in the area, but you also pay for the great location of Westerham.
Beautiful old property in the heart of Westerham. Tastefully decorated with real attention to detail. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. EV charging points in car park !
Nothing
Breakfast fine although service a little slow- we were the only guests at the time
Better service in restaurant - they made it clear they were trying to close the kitchen down at 8pm!
The hotel was a lovely building, very warm and cosy. Our room was large, comfortable and nothing was missing from it fulfilling our expectations in every way.
The breakfast was fine, but the buffet selection was quite limited, compared to other places we have stayed recently.
The menu in the restaurant was quite limited, it included lots of ingredients which I had to look up, which I felt was a play to snobbery, rather than taste. We had planned to eat in the hotel but instead chose to eat out one night and would probably have eaten out on the other, had it not been very busy due to an event in the town.
Breakfast was exceptional
Nothing

Secure car parking
We booked a large double bed
And paid an additional amount for this
The brochure on booking.com showed a large room
We were given a small standard room
Photos available
We were told that’s all booking .con requested
We felt let down
Not a great nights sleep
Our stay was very comfortable. The dinner was fine but not brilliant. Breakfast was ok but service was slow and there weren't many people there. I may have been biased as we were in a hurry.
The food could have been better.
We stayed in a small double room, which was small but comfortable. As we entered the room we heard the soothing sound of Classic FM, coming from a bedside DAB radio. There was complementary sloe gin on the desk to continue the feeling of relaxation.
The room temperature was just right and the bed and pillows were also comfortable.
Breakfast in the restaurant area was good, served by friendly, efficient staff.
