We loved the view of Eiffel Tower and the easy access to the Metro. The neighbourhood was okay and we did find some good eateries.
We didn’t like that the walls were paper thin and you could hear neighbours. Overall it’s in need of updates. The hotel could start with something more than “dixie” cups and better toilet paper.

We didn’t get the balcony room we initially booked but other than that, the room was good. It was pretty basic but we still had a little view of the Eiffel Tower. We were right above a subway sandwiches so it did get loud and smokers at times. Location was convenient to the train and cafes. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
Location was very walkable and safe. Breakfast was good. Lots of eating options close by, subway was close and 1/4 mile to Eiffel Tower.
Best thing about the hotel is it’s close to restos, shopping and the transportation . Hotel is dated , staff is nice . Had comfortable sleep , overall it is just right for the price .
The staff extremely pleasant, they made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We loved the room but would have enjoyed and open balcony and or larger window option. Very happy regardless.
Balcony
Both Charles and Claudia were stand-outs. My group chattered consistently about their engagement with us. They both stepped out of the box to assist on every level of need. Nothing was beyond the expanse of their ability. It was so refreshing to be able to come to them on any inquiry and have confidence in the ultimate outcome. These two people are GEMS!!

We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Hotel this spring! The view from our room of the Eiffel Tower was absolutely stunning.
The hotel is charming and well located in the 15th arrondissement, close to several metro stations and popular tourist attractions. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Claudia, who was helpful and kind throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Paris.
Highly recommend this lovely hotel..we’d definitely stay again!
