Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всему коллективу Play Midtown Hotel Tel Aviv за прекрасный отдых! Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления: современные и очень чистые номера, удобные кровати, отличное расположение и уютная атмосфера. Видно, что здесь действительно заботятся о каждом госте.

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу ресепшен Марию. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела! Мария встретила нас с искренней улыбкой, была невероятно внимательной, доброжелательной и всегда готовой помочь. Благодаря её заботе и отзывчивости мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями с первой минуты пребывания. Она с удовольствием отвечала на все вопросы, помогала с любыми просьбами и сделала наше пребывание ещё более комфортным.

מיקום מנצח למי שמגיע להופעה בזאפה ורוצה לחסוך נסיעה חזרה בלילה. מלון שקט, למרות שנמצא באזור מרכזי לא שומעים כלום מהחדרים. מרפסת הגג כיפית.
עיצוב יפה, חדרים מרווחים (היינו 3 בחדר דו קומתי, היה מאוד נוח).
פקידת הקבלה הדס הייתה מקסימה וגם השירות והאוכל במסעדת המלון היו מצוינים.

Great hotel,generous breakfast, central location with good transport links
Pros:

It's not close to the beach but the metro station is outside the hotel.
Plenty of restaurants and caffees downstairs, 7 min walk from the grand train station.

Cons:

התאכזבתי.
Pros:

אהבתי את המיקום, מרחק הליכה מעזריאלי , שרונה והרכבת. המתחם החיצוני של המידטאון נראה יפה, אין רעש.

Cons:

החדר וכל המלון חשוכים בצורה מחרידה ומפחידה. הרגשה כאילו אתה בסרט אימה. אי אפשר היה אפילו להתאפר. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה אבל מאוד צנועה. כל האווירה החשוכה במלון וזה שאין באמת לובי או צוות נותן תחושה לא נעימה ודיי מקריפה. בנוסף לא ברור לי למה צריך לתת פיקדון של 1000 שח.
