location was great, it was very clean, very good food

Cons:

Service was good, except for Friday night that I was trying to use the "hotel Restaurant" and the stupid guy in charge, refused to give us one of the empty tables available saying that if we don't have reservation, we can't have a table. When we checked in, they never told us that we need to make reservations to eat there. This is an hotel, this was not a fancy restaurant which maybe requires that; I'm a guest and I'm paying a lot of money to stay there and to receive that kind of answer. The worst think, was when I ask if I can order something to take it to my room and that stupid guy, also responded negatively saying they can't. Friday night is very complicated to find open restaurants over there and staying in places like that, when you have and ignorant and stupid in charge is when you take future decisions to avoid staying there. So disappointed.
Rooms: they need more light; all the walls in common areas and rooms are dark; I can understand, but add some clear light.
Bathrooms: I understand ceiling is high; then don't use this kind of showers attached to the ceiling; the glass dividing shower with toilet is very small so when you open the shower, the whole bathroom is sprayed out causing a mess
Cleaning: there were days we didn't got our room cleaned; I can understand that, but this is not a religious hotel and if you're service one room (which happened to another family member) then you have to do all. One day they give a bottle of water; the day after they don't. One day they clean the room, but not the towels change; same with toilet paper,

2nd time staying here. Comfortable rooms with nice touches-housecoats/slippers/nuts& wine
Pros:

Rooms were nice size with comfortable beds. The complementary wine and jar of nuts was a real nice touch. Breakfast was good and coffee excellent. 2nd time here and we booked 26 days. Staff were great. Good location- trains,buses and scooters make getting around easy. Very Nice courtyard with many kosher food choices. Easy walk to shopping azrieli mall,Sarona market and restaurants.

Cons:

Play Hotel is a quirky layout with rooms in multiple buildings which can be a bit confusing and challenging if you have limited mobility.
Wish there was a pool and spa option.
Not close to beach but easy to get to

הם היו מאוד נחמדים וליוו אותנו לבניין שבו החדר שלנו
(מסתבר שיש כמה בניינים).
מיקום מרכזי ומושלם!! ארוחת בוקר חמודה

Cons:

הג׳קוזי במרפסת היה ממש ממש מלוכך, השקענו בלנקות אותו ואז ברגע שהפעלנו את הבועות יצא עוד מלא טינופת.
התייאשנו ולא השתמשנו בו בסוף

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу ресепшен Марию. Это настоящий профессионал своего дела! Мария встретила нас с искренней улыбкой, была невероятно внимательной, доброжелательной и всегда готовой помочь. Благодаря её заботе и отзывчивости мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями с первой минуты пребывания. Она с удовольствием отвечала на все вопросы, помогала с любыми просьбами и сделала наше пребывание ещё более комфортным.

Такие сотрудники создают лицо отеля и делают отдых по-настоящему особенным. Огромное спасибо, Мария, за ваше тепло, доброту и высокий уровень сервиса!
