Pros:

Excellent ! L'équipe est aux petit soins. On nous a donné un livret (en français !) explicatif des différents sites d'Ephèse. Nous avons extrêmement bien dormi dans une chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, meilleur que dans le 5 étoiles où nous étions avant à Istanbul. Cerise sur le gâteau, c'est pas cher.

Pros:

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Super friendly staff, really nice room, great breakfast, and a nice collection of sculptures and mosaics in their "art gallery". Highly recommend.

地理位置优越，门口可停车，服务细节满分，从入住到退房，都会帮忙提送行李到房间和车上，炎热夏季一到酒店就提供冰镇饮料，并为我们介绍周围景点，房间卫生整洁，提供洗浴用品，mini bar饮料免费饮用。第二天的庭院早餐丰富美味，给了我们大大的惊喜，老板娘人美心善，非常用心和亲切，非常值得一住！

Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to look after us and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. I slept extremely well

and the room I booked completely met my expectations—it was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described (with an excellent view). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

One of the best small hotels I’ve ever stayed in because of the care and service
Pros:

The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable . Bathroom spacious and well appointed.
Breakfast fresh and filling. The ladies running the hotel made a real effort to ensure we enjoyed ourselves
The best part was that the owner ( Nurcan) picked us up from the station in her car because it was 36degrees and she was worried about the small hill up from station . Then she arranged our laundry and dropped us back at the station two days later. She was so lovely . I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never had such lovely care taken of my wife and I . Definite 5 gold stars .
