Exceptional stay at Spark by Hilton, Luton! Exceeded all expectations - spotless rooms, modern design, friendly staff and value for money. Perfect for airport access.

Due to having the children and one has SEN we never ate at the restaurant only as they dont eat till later in the day.

Check in easy, friendly staff, only downside was the small parking area, but managed to get our car in.

Really pleasant hotel, modern and very clean feeling. Ideal location in Luton right in the town centre but not on a noisy street. Walking distance from everything you need in the centre and spitting distance from the train station. Will definitely be back.

The room was clean and comfortable as described albeit a bit small. Breakfast hot buffet was really nice, very fresh and good quality.

Only 15 car park spaces!

Ridiculously small carpark for quite a large hotel. Which you have to "prebook"... how exactly remains a mystery.

The rooms are VERY small but well equiped. Shower doesnt drain fast enough so you have to be careful youre not floding the bathroom.

This hotel is not in the best place and awkward to get to l, as it's on a one way street. I ran and informed them of my reg to secure a parking space. I did that twice, as i wasn't sure at first who would be driving and on my second all to the hotel, i was told i didn't need to leave number plate as there was ample parking. When i got there, that was the first subject raised and once i confirmed my details it was fine. I had to drive all the way around, as i had passed the gate to go in to park. I waited outside and two men, came out of the hotel and came to look at my registration. I was asked once again if i had booked a parking space and again i confirmed i had. I asked the man with the clip broad, who was the other man who came out to look at my car and he said, the maintenance man. (What did me having a parking space or not, have to do with him???). Anyway, i was finally let into the car park, which was very small. The same "maintenance man" was trying to usher me into a space, which was right up the corner, with a wall across from it. (He keep waving is arms about at me). I told him, i did not want to be squashed up there, plus i would have had to go in foward, which would have made it difficult to get out the next day. I choose to park at a much more convenient spot instead. On entering, as was told, it's a good job i jas booked a parking space.

Breakfast was very basic, not much of anything. Including, knife, forks, cups, fruit. I would not staay there again

Property was fine and room was comfortable and well appointed, but we did find the double room a little on the small side. Could at least provide a few biscuits with the coffee-making. No food available until 6pm. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Didn't like having to pay £100 deposit in case of damages - not sure why they insist on this.

Great location for the football. Very friendly staff.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were well kept and cleaned every day. Convenient walk to Luton station, the mall and dining options

Hotel is okay, friendly staff, room was clean, room was warm, doe's have Air-conditioning but a little noisy, there was noise in the night with doors banging, and people walking up and down the corridor that you could hear.
