We stay here every year about this time. My granddaughter comes once a year for her heart appointment at Vanderbilt. Always clean and nice.

The hotel was nice, BUT;
Pool needed to be cleaned
Maid staff didn't clean our room on day 2, didn't leave coffee cups, didn't leave water/drinking cups, didn't vacuum the room, didn't change the sheets.
The burger restaurant in the hotel was not good. The burger i got was raw with uncooked bacon. All the staff seemed real nice. Need to pay attention to details and would be a great place.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff and it was convenient to everything. ( Shopping, dining and interstate ).

The only issue I had was the final bill didn’t match what it showed on Expedia. The hotel said it was a 3rd party issue and I should address it with them.

Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable beds. Only thing I would complain about is having a restaurant in the building but not being about to do To go orders. It seemed odd that they did DoorDash but wouldn’t let us order in the restaurant. Otherwise, I will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice property located close to the highway, a gas station, and food options. Check in was a minor issue with Expedia but was resolved. No complaints whatsoever after that. 20-25 mins outside of Nashville. Would recommend.
