Pros:

The hotel is ideal for people flying in or out of suvarnabhumi airport, also a place to enjoy a nice stay outside the main city, the hotel is up a quiet alley way. The rooms are clean and well laid out with a balcony. Breakfast is great and food in the restaurant is lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Swimming pool is great for everyone, a lovely place to relax around the pool. I would stay here again and hopefully soon

Pros:

This place seems to be recrntly refurbished, everything seems new or recently painted. Much improved on similar hotel on site used by me some years ago.
Quick check in, helpful staff, good shower, good wifi. Simple breakfast but good. Nice swimming pool. Lots of food and shopping closeby.
Room was clean and comfortable, however i could hear people in next room very clearly through locked connecting door. I was too tired for it to be a big problem.

Great option close to airport.
Pros:

This is a wonderful place to stay and I've already stayed here several times and enjoy it every single time. Close to the airport yet no noise from the airplanes.

Pros:

There was a smell when we came in. Sink was dirty, shower broken with water coming out of the hose, towel hanger was also broken. Bed was not a queen just two twins together. Shuttle service was good. Was okay as a one night hotel before flight.

We had an unpleasant stay. There was no hot water so we had cold showers. The toilet was not cleaned with visible urine residue on the seat where it attaches. The bathroom smelt badly of stale urine. Food scraps and plates were left outside our door from previous guests from the time of check in until we left and because of the heat and humidity also smelt badly.

Good one night hotel
Pros:

We used this hotel for one night as travelling back to the UK early. Good hotel for the price and free shuttle to the airport was brilliant.
Would stay again.

The room was fairly clean the beds are horrible so hard then they on provide two pillows. The staff was not friendly I would not stay again.

I enjoyed this airport hotel. It has a lovely breakfast buffet and extensive menu for lunch and dinner (it might be time to replace the actual menus though - they look a little worse for wear).

My hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. I would have loved a nightstand, but no big deal.

If I were to need an airport hotel again flying through Bangkok, I would book a room here again.

Pros:

1. Almost directly under the heavy jets landing at BKK definate noise.
2. Breakfast expensive by Thai standards and CRAP by any other standards.
3. When I asked about taxi to downtown the desk was quick to assist, but when I got a metered taxi back to hotel I discovered the hotel had charged Three Times the Rate.
4. They have no laundry services.
5. No security preventing a street person from accessing your room door.
6.Only 2 power outlets in the room if you want to use a computer on the balcony you will need a 5 meter cord.
7. No microwave.
8. No real security on sliding balcony door, latch would easily unlock from outside.
9. Inadaquate walkway lighting with many tripping hazards.
10. Location so remote from attractions any thoughts on savings on room is eaten by transportation. Nothing within walking distance, or hikeing distance for that matter.
