proximity to university. accessible.

Cons:

poor to no signal reception at all, even the internet connection was so unstable. no basic electric appliances such as microwave or electric kettles. stiff and thin pillows! you can get stiff neck

Overall, we would rate the hotel 3 out of 5. Given that its a 3 star hotel, so if you prefer something modern or new. I
Pros:

I like that it was very close to our Testing Area for Board Exam.

Cons:

Although its very accessible to other places, the property is kinda old. The window has no lock, the bathroom especially the shower is hard to open. We also overheard some guest about their hidden charges like corkage fee, that we somehow didn't experience at all. There's also not alot of restaurant nearby, although there's a convenience store and grocery store.

Considering the price, I think you get what you only pay for.
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I stayed here because it was relatively nearer to my testing center (5 min walk).

Cons:

Area is very traffic so you can hear the noise outside especially if your room is facing road. If you are a light sleeper like me, it is a struggle to take a good quality sleep and rest before and after the exam day.

I hope they clean the linens/sheets properly. I woke up the next day with bites on my arms :(

No toiletries available in the cr. They provided one small pack of shampoo/conditioner that I think will only last one shower.
