Positiv: Top-Lage und Service

Das Hotel besticht durch seine schöne und saubere Erscheinung und seine ausgesprochen zentrale Lage, die für einen Städtetrip optimal ist.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, ausreichend groß und ansehnlich.

Kritikpunkt: Hohe Lärmempfindlichkeit
Leider ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Dies beeinträchtigt die Schlafqualität deutlich.

* Geräusche im Haus: Man hört Klospülungen anderer Gäste und vor allem morgens ein häufiges Auf- und Zuschlagen von Türen (sei es durch Personal oder andere Gäste).

* Straßenlärm: Auch der Straßenlärm ist deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Ein gemütliches Ausschlafen ist aufgrund dieser Lärmkulisse kaum möglich.

Frühstücks-Situation
Das Frühstück wird nicht im Hotel selbst, sondern in einem nahegelegenen Café (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg) eingenommen.
Es wird zwischen einem süßen oder einem deftigen Set gewählt:
* Süße Option: Croissant oder Crêpe mit Marmelade / Nutella.
* Deftige Option: Rührei oder Spiegelei mit Toast und Käse.

Das Hotel ist trotz der Lärmproblematik für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen, sofern man einen festen Schlaf hat und sich nicht leicht durch Umgebungsgeräusche stören lässt.
Man profitiert von der exzellenten Lage und dem freundlichen Service.

Clea property with the necessary amenities. The room was a little small, but had the basics. I would class this more as an apartment than a proper hotel, just due to the lack of staff on site and everything sorted via the app or WhatsApp but the check-in was smooth and I had no issues.

The property is in a good location in terms of the main attractions in Rome. It’s not too far to walk to the Pantheon, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Also if you don’t mind a walk the Vatican was only half an hour away.

Overall, would recommend if you just want a basic room.

Rent rom, fin standard, tipp topp bad med fine fliser. Eneste negative; i første etg var det veldig lytt mellom rommene/gang, så jeg hørte nesten hele samtalen til naboen og hver gang han hostet. Tilgjengelig personale når man trenger, enkelt å sjekke inn og ut. SUPER sentralt, gangavstand til det aller meste om man er klar for å tråkke litt. Anbefales :-)

Brilliant location and super clean, plus the connecting rooms were really helpful. Only downside was that the mattresses were really hard.

Avoid at all costs — woke up covered in bites and they backed out of their own refund offer.

The room looked stylish online, but I woke up with multiple bites on my body and had no way to get real help — there’s no front desk or on-site staff, just a chatbot that’s useless in an actual emergency.

After I reported it, Numa initially acknowledged the issue and offered a discount or refund. Then they completely backtracked and stopped responding. It was honestly shocking. I’ve never dealt with a hotel that handled a serious situation this poorly.

This place is unhygienic, poorly managed, and completely unaccountable. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I would never book a Numa property again.

Great stay, the man on reception was amazing, very chatty and welcoming, room was nice, found it easy to get to places and very close to supermarket. Room is perfect size for solo travelling.

Var utan varmvatten i 3 dagar. Hotellet förklarade skälet till det men inte kul att betala nästan 7000kr för 4 nätter när varmvattnet inte funkar.. OCH jättedålig fart på vattnet dessutom. Fick till svars att det tyvärr inte går att laga.

Nos gustó mucho por qué esta cerca de todo caminando, la llegada es autónoma eso también está muy padre y puedes dejar tu equipaje si llegas antes o sales después.

Very grateful to have found something last minute. We were pleasantly surprised.

The location is excellent!
The property is new and very functional and the room was very clean!
Check in and check out was straightforward. We could even leave our bags for few hours after check out.
Only downside was that the walls are not well soundproofed.
Highly recommend this place!!

Would def go back & try other properties from this group. Best Location, extra clean, easy access, can get a bit noisy depending on other tourists occupying nearby rooms.
