Una recepcionista de mal humor, poco empatica que no fue capaz de ayudar ni comprender. Una lástima. No es primera vez que uso esta cadena de hoteles y espere más empatía de su parte.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, se puede caminar al centro y al Bahnhof.

Cons:

La alfombra estaba muy sucia y manchada y a pesar que solicité limpieza en la habitación no hicieron las camas. Tampoco hay opción en la solicitud para que las hagan, solo cambia las toallas y se llevan la basura, y aspiraron solo a medias, debajo de las camas había mucho polvo. La pieza tenía una lámpara rota también. La recepcionista que nos tocó estos 3 días es realmente desagradable, mala actitud y disposición, enojada todo el tiempo, parece que no le gusta su trabajo. Mi hija estaba tomando desayuno y ella hecho spray desinfectante en la mesa del lado que les llegó enojada la cara a mi hija y a mi nieto. Realmente un desagrado la mujer.

Liegt nah am Citybereich,sehr gut auch vom Bahnhof zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Frisches Obst, Kaffeeautomat vorhanden, Wasser mit frischer Pfefferminze etc.sehr appetitlich in der Darbietung.

Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Rahatlıkla her yere gidilebilir. Çok şirin bir otel. Tavsiye edilir. Kahvaltı yapmadığımız için yorum yapamam.

Cons:

Oda biraz daha büyük olabilir veya sadece 2 kişilik yapılabilir. 3-4 kişi için kullanımı çok zor..
