Séjour agréable de 2 nuits, déplacement professionnel. Accueil souriant et efficace. Studio propre et pratique avec petite cuisine équipée avec plaque, micro onde, vaisselle et frigo, une Sdb ( douche) et d un salon avec télé. L insonorisation est bonne ( double vitrage) ce qui permet de ne pas entendre la circulation. Un supermarché G20 se trouve à 50 mètres. L arrêt du bus 325 et 24 à 3 minutes à pieds et le mètro à 10 minutes. Cet établissement a été un bonne option et je le recommande.

The hotel was in good condition and in a good location. The only issue was the unreliable service of the front desk staff. We arranged to have our room cleaned on a Wednesday, but it didn't happen. They finally cleaned on Thursday. We arranged with the front desk to have a taxi pick us up early one morning to go to the airport, and no taxi arrived. The person manning the desk at that time was not at all helpful.

Parking payant mais l'ascenseur donne directement accès à la réception ou aux étages. Parfait pour les PMR. Petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Bon accueil à la réception. Chambre vaste avec kitchenette. Propre. Silencieux malgré la proximité de l'A4. Bon rapport Qualité Prix

The pictures of the property is very mislead. The entrance to the facility was not clean or appealing. The paint in the hallway was horrible. Like puke green. The light in the elevator was dim to dark, and creepy. No good restaurants close to the hotel. I was not use to staying on a hotel like that but the best thing was the bed slept comfortably.

convenient location not the cleanest

J’ai réservé une chambre non fumeur et on m’a donné une chambre qui pue la fumée de cigarette ! L’appart-hotel est moyennement propre. Le personnel est courtois et le petit déjeuner est excellent pour le petit prix. Dans l’ensemble, je le recommande pour son emplacement et rapport qualité prix est abordable.

Our stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice was amazing! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well! Our room was really clean, and so was the kitchen and the bathroom. Luckily we had an AC (it was really hot in Paris during our stay). Also Saint-Maurice is underrated: it’s pretty nice and calm there, no safety concerns or issues (we were too young women)! It got some beautiful places ! I’ll definitely recommend to stay in the City Residence Saint Maurice! Merci bien pour votre accueil chaleureux🍀

Our visit during paris was amazing except the big spider in our room ! When we came first day of our trip after the setting up to room, we saw a big spider on the ceiling and it was a late night time. And we had to ask for help from staff to take it out. But we were in doubt in all time before going to bed. So I suggest the people check your room how much clean and ask if it could be changeable.

Séjour juin 2025,Un bon séjour comme d’habitude, l’hébergement est propre et fonctionnel. La vaisselle devrait être rénové dans certains appartements, mais il y a de la vaisselle tout de même qu’il faut quelques fois laver tout de même.
L’emplacement est bon et calme avec le transport à distance moyenne. Métro à environ 15 minutes à pied et bus à 8 minutes environ.
Le Niveau qualité le prix etait parfait, mais à subit une augmentation non négligeable.
Personnel professionnel et à l’écoute.

Une seule nuit très convenable.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a nice balanced menu. Properly was clean, however it needs a little maintenance.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement confort coté calme. La réservation avait été faite de long mois auparavant avec une demande d'appt PMR qui n'a pu être respecté, c'est dommage. Le manque de volet peut perturbé aussi pour le sommeil. Si non dans l'ensemble je recommande cet appart hôtel.

Bien mis à part des oreillers qui ne sentaient pas bon, et certains personnels à l'accueil pas très accueillant
