cool little hotel placed right on the beach offers comfort and style. Around here, the closer you get to the beach the better. There is not much around and you better drive 4x4 to get to the sandy entrance. But it was exactly what suited us for the moment.
Отличное расположение на берегу, красивая вилла
Но рядом нет ресторанов и магазинов
There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the window had only a transparent curtain. In the evening, if the light is on, it means that people from the nearby hotels can see everything you’re doing in the bathroom.
Also, right before checkout, the power went out, which affected the water supply as well. After coming back from the sea, we had to wait for the electricity to come back just to be able to take a shower.
The breakfast is very poor and definitely not worth the 20 GEL.
The room is quite spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is located right on the beach, which is very convenient.
The hotel has potential, but it just wasn’t quite my cup of tea. Cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, needs more attention — toilet hygiene was not ideal, and the hygienic shower didn’t work properly. Breakfast could be improved as well — it lacked variety and attention to detail. On the positive side, the location was convenient. However, the price felt a bit high for the quality offered. With some improvements, the experience could be much better.
Perfect place for vacation. Cozy and clean house on the beach.
Such a comfortable room, very nice beds, spacious room and the most amazingly decorated and comfortable bathroom that I've seen in my stays. It was a perfect stay. Superb views of the Black Sea and the Adjaran mountains.
Getting there is a bit tough - its hidden behind a street and isnt accessible directly by road so you have to park a bit far and then walk across another garden and then actual sand to reach hotel. Access can be made much better
Close to the sea, modern design
Modern, clean, right on the beach, spacious.
Some misinformation in the listing: can’t use the shared kitchen, no microwave oven.
Let us start by saying that the location is great. Right on the beach. And the rooms are spacious and - at first glance - seem luxurious. Also, there is a Cinderella type girl - the only one who speaks a little English - who seems to do all the work and is very sweet. Unfortunately she was bossed around during the sparse moments that the owner(?) was there.
As other people pointed out, the place is hard to find, but then again, it is on the beach, so that makes a bit of sense. The parking makes less sense, because it is so cramped that you regularly will be blocked in by cars from the other hotel.
Arriving at the luxurious room, we found that it was still occupied by someone else. The owner claimed he had left (without taking laptop, wallet and phone?!), so I was surprised to find someone entering my room while I was in the shower. My friend then came over to my room to inquire whether our towels were also wet. And if we had a bath plug, because their bathtub (which already is something else then the hot tub listed in the advertisement) didn't have one. Fortunately, I could provide my friend with one, as we did have a plug but our system was broken.
Let me pause here to say that the host is quite hostile in her responses to negative reviews on this website, so I'm sure she'll be able to explain all this away, or blame us for all of this (and call us liars!). But in fact, one of the main issues in this establishment is the total lack of supervision. So before the host blames us for not communicating about certain problems, let me state here that we would have loved some more communication. About the fact that in the 60 hours that we were there, we had no electricity (and thus no wi-fi, and far worse: no water!) for about 20 hours, for example. Or the mold(!) in the bread at the - for Georgian standards underwhelming, although ultimately passable - breakfast. Or why we had to answer questions everytime we used the kitchen (the listing said that the kitchen was free to use - we felt like we were intruding). But let us say again that none of it was Cinderella's fault, as she did her best, and was not given the resources and the training to run this place all by herself.
