Very nice welcome from Donna Elisabetta and her team.
We feel like home .
Elisabetta and Filippo have made our stay an experience. An event. They made us discover the gems of Puglia
Charming hotel. Lovely staff. Old time hospitality.
Bathroom could be better equipped
Calm, beautiful garden, beautiful swimming pool, very friendly staff
The palazzo and the grounds were beautifully maintained and clean.
Elisabetta was an excellent host and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We had a wonderful time and Elisabetta and her team made us feel welcome and at home. They gave us some great recommendations for our days out and made sure we had everything we needed
Nice Palazzo in the city center. Quiet location with nice gardens and managed by a very helpful host and everyone working there is very friendly and helpful.
It is more like a very nice bed and breakfast than a hotel. The parking is nice but because it’s located so much into the city center it is not easy to drive away from the property, impossible with a big car.
Absolutely everything, you could not fault it. Lovely host and staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The bedrooms are beautiful and decorated impeccably. The garden and pool area is just amazing, a little taste of paradise.
No complaints
Stunning hotel, beatifully deocrated and very well maintained. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The manager was very responsive on whatsapp but we did feel like we had to constantly message her to ask fr anything like pool towels or an iron. Facilities were all readily available but had to be requested.
For our purposes, location was not great to drive to surrounding towns. The town it is located in, Manduria, is lovely and has great restaurants but there was nothing to see there so we had to drive 30-40 mins to see other towns. We had a negative experience when returning to the room from the pool to find the owner trying to enter our room - he said it was because the air conditioning had been left on (which it hadn;t) but it left us feeling uncomfortable.
A stunning hotel in the beautiful Manduria. We stayed in the colonial room and really enjoyed it. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty.
It might have only been our room but there was a distinct smell in the room, from all the moisture (our bathroom was in a “cubicle” inside the room, without any windows so the humid air had nowhere to escape unless we kept the doors open - causing the smell). It rained one evening and a lot of water came through the (closed) windows onto the air con unit and floor - we wiped it with towels and the staff provided fresh towels immediately as a replacement. Not a huge problem for us but more of a surprise
We were blown away by this hotel. Very unassuming. Small staff team, 6 rooms. A hotel owned and run by Elisabetta and her husband, Paolo.
Very personalised service - they message you asking when you will arrive, have breakfast, etc. - it's because they want to make sure everything is taken care of for you.
Beautiful rooms (beds were SO comfortable), delicious breakfast (cheese, meats, fruits, etc.) and coffee, gorgeous gardens and pool.
Would highly recommend to anyone in the area - amazing spot to base yourself.
No ironing - had to get your ironing in to them at the start of the day, and we only arrived later. There was a bit of miscommunication, but they managed to get it done for us - they take it offsite. Would highly recommend that they get an iron for the hotel.
Friendly staff, especially Uri and his girlfriend (sorry I forget her name). Real feel for authentic Italy. Beautiful hotel.
