Posizione fronte lago, Hotel grande ma con buona privacy. Camere pulite e spaziose. Bagno e doccia enormi. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Colazione a buffet con buona scelta

La colazione a buffet ha una buona scelta, ma per la tipologia di hotel non abbiamo trovato nulla di speciale, nulla di diverso dal solito o da ricordare. Purtroppo l'ambiente dove viene servita è scomodo, troppo stretto, tavoli troppo ravvicinati tra loro e troppo vicini alla zona buffet. Ci si trova ad esser seduti a fare colazione a 20 cm dal sedere degli altri ospiti che si stanno servendo al buffet. In un hotel cosi raffinato e con spazi cosi ampi, la colazione è molto sacrificata. Peccato

New hotel in nice place! Recommended.
Pros:

Newly renovate hotel, very comfortable bed, wel decorated room, parking 15 euro per night, spa is very attractive( sauna, hamam), massage was one of the best in my life. Personal is very friendly.

Cons:

Ванная, персонал врет, в комнате очень холодно. На наши просьбы говорят дада сделаем а в итоге ничего и мы вынуждены бегать и решать проблемы сами. Про спа говорили что 20 евро за 2 часа а на самом деле за 1 час

Funcionários bem simpáticos, quarto espaçoso limpo e cheiroso, café da manhã perfeito.

Cons:

Alguns hotéis insistem em ter o box do banheiro semi aberto e molha o chão do banheiro inteiro. Não é exclusividade desse hotel, mas é algo que não gosto.

A stunning hotel in a wonderful location with excellent staff.
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s situated on the side of the lake and the views are incredible. The hotel itself is beautifully modern but sympathetic to the old building that it is in. The gardens are lovely and it felt very comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!
