Potentieel goed verblijf, maar te duur voor wat het nu is.
Pros:

Het is een mooi nieuw verblijf. Ze zijn nog wel aan het bouwen. Het is schoon en personeel is aardig. Gratis thee en goede koffie en water.

Cons:

Communicatie verliep langzaam op Booking.com uiteindelijk geboekt omdat ik niet snel reactie kreeg op Airbnb. Het personeel was er al vroeg bij en maakte veel lawaai door veel met elkaar te praten onderling en te lachen om 8 uur in de ochtend. Ook ging het hotel muziekje aan zo vroeg. Alles is vrij gehorig. Het lijkt allemaal groter op de foto’s, er is een heel klein zwembadje en de rest zit nog in de verbouwing. Dat had wel in de advertentie benoemt kunnen worden. Kwa prijs vonden wij dit niet in verhouding.

Muy buena habitación, limpia y con detalles de un hotel de más categoría: las toallas, el café, la decoración. La ducha excelente. La entrada puede ser un poco oscura pero todo el resto vale mucho la pena. La atención: excelente!

Pros:

Mooie plek met fijne kamers en comfortabele bedden. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en deelt graag tips voor de omgeving. Een auto is handig om het best ver uit het centrum ligt, maar een taxi is ook makkelijk besteld bij de receptie. Wij betaalden 50, 70 en 100 pesos voor hetzelfde ritje - dus stel vooraf even een prijs vast met de chauffeur.

Het is er stil en rustig. Op loopafstand zit een eco lodge waar je kunt ontbijten en op maandagochtend 6:45 bij zonsopkomst gratis een yoga les kunt volgen.

Dream vacation at Alma de Zorro!!
Pros:

What an spectacular hotel, the ambiance, location, rooms, everything is amazing.
The service from all the staff is outstanding, they are very warm and helpful.
We will come back to this wonderful place and I recommend it to all, it is simply amazing.

Bonito hotel a las afueras de Bacalar
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, es bonito y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Está situado alrededor de la naturaleza con lo cual es muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Está muy lejos del centro de Bacalar. A pie son 40 minutos, y los últimos 20 minutos son en camino de tierra sin luz. En taxi el hotel está a unos 7 min del centro, y cuesta unos 100 pesos.

Extremadamente lindo hotel
Pros:

El lugar está hermosamente decorado, un hotel boutique precioso con café ilimitado, habitaciones pequeñas pero muy cómodas. Tienen en sus planes expandir un poco más el hotel, tienen una increíble visión para esta expansión.

Ottimo per chi vuole tranquillità
Pros:

Posizione ottima per chi non vuole stare vicino al centro, strada per arrivare un po' sconnessa.
La camera era grande, due letti matrimoniali molto comodi, terrazzino carino per riposarsi, staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

La doccia perdeva di lato e proveniva un odore sgradevole dallo scarico del lavandino

Camera ottima e struttura molto molto bella e pulita. I gestori molto disponibili ci hanno consigliato attività e ristoranti. Non è in posizione centrale ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Con soli 70 pesos i taxi ti portano in città: la reception è sempre disponibile per prenotartene uno.

Cons:

La posizione: è in una zona periferica ed in fase di sviluppo quindi non ci sono molti servizi (ristoranti, bar, ecc). Stanno costruendo molte nuove strutture nella zona - nei prossimi anni probabilmente la posizione non sarà più un grande problema perché sarà inglobata e ci saranno molti più servizi nelle vicinanze

Confort y tranquilidad total en Bacalar!!
Pros:

Todo esta muy a gusto pero lo mejor es la tranquilidad y espacio de la habitación lo hacen ser un lugar excepcional para tu descanso. Ademas hay un lugar hermoso a 50 metros en la laguna con kayaks, desayuno y privacidad. mejor no pudo haber estado. Ademas la alberca esta super adhoc al lugar.
