Perfetta soluzione per qualche giorno in Cappadocia
Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro servito di negozi e ristoranti
Camera caratteristica e pulita
Terrazza panoramica da cui la mattina si possono vedere le mongolfiere all’alba
Staff e proprietario accoglienti e disponibili

Cons:

In generale la colazione turca per un italiano che la mattina beve caffè e mangia dolci non è il massimo, ma per chi apprezza i dolci locali e il salato la mattina, è sicuramente ricca
Leggero odore di fogna nel bagno / in camera ma bastava aprire le finestre e far girare l’aria
Le esperienze organizzate dall’hotel sono state eccezionali, servizio impeccabile, volendo in giro si trovano più economiche ecco mi aspettavo di spendere meno ma non so se siano altrettanto valide quelle offerte da altri

A perfect Cappadocia hotel
Pros:

A perfect small hotel with amazing helpful staff and cute cats. The breakfast is delicious, the location is also great. In the morning you can watch the baloons from the rooftop. Would reccomend 10/10.

Absolutamente tudo, ótimo atendimento. Suat e sua equipe nos ajudaram em tudo, tours, informações, troca de dinheiro, experiências locais. As instalações eram super confortáveis e o café da manhã bem variado. Amamos a estadia e toda a experiência. Só temos elogios e agradecimento a fazer.

We felt scammed

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and nice.

Cons:

The owner convinced us to book the balloon experience in advance. Here is the message:

"I am offering you the opportunity to fly with the most reliable and professional company (at a discounted price).
I don't profit from this; I'm just helping our guests (to prevent them from being disadvantaged). Therefore, bargaining is out of the question...
I'm urgently awaiting your decision; if you accept, I will confirm your reservation immediately before prices increase..."

He charged us 50% more than the price the locals shops offer (we also asked other people on the balloon how much they payed for the same experience). Moreover, we didn't received the time for the pickup so we had to wakeup at 3am to look for him. Unfortunately, we felt scammed and not having the service we payed for. I would advice everyone to just book the activities on Internet, apparently giving the money to a multimillionaire American company is more reliable than giving to locals.

Pros:

Staf carinissimo e sempre disponibile.
Inoltre hanno una gattina (Luna) con una cucciolata. Un amore

La colazione è a Buffet e c’è abbastanza scelta
La camera super spaziosa, ben illuminata

Alla mattina si ha la possibilità di andare sul tetto e vedere il passaggio delle mongolfiere. Non sono tantissime ma comunque è una bella comoditá vederle senza doversi spostare di molto (noi siamo saliti verso le 5 del mattino)

Cons:

Il bagno aveva la ventola di aerazione che non funzionava. L’abbiamo fatto notare ma non è stata aggiustata. La doccia perdeva acqua ma nulla di ingestibile. Bastava tenere il tappeto davanti di modo che l’acqua non si espandesse troppo.

Piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Göreme
Pros:

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione: vicino al centro per raggiungerlo a piedi, ma non in una zona troppo caotica.
La stanza era molto spaziosa e pulita. Se richiesto, lo staff procede con pulizia e cambio asciugami anche ogni giorno.
La colazione buona, con proposte sia salate che dolci.
Lo staff cordiale e disponibile ad aiutare in ogni momento.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa era la presenza (non fissa) di un odore sgradevole in bagno in alcuni momenti della giornata (probabilmente proveniente dallo scarico del lavandino).
