everything was absolutely good. Location was perfect. Can see the balloons flying from the balcony.
Room and the bathroom was clean and nice. Bed linen was also nice and clean. It was a good experience and we enjoyed the stay there.
Staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. Tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Even they tried to play our local music (including the turkish songs also) during the breakfast time was really touching as they tried their best to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The lady who was serving and helping at the breakfast buffet was also incredibly helped us to make our experience even nicer.

La posizione buona vicino alla via principale di Goreme, le camere pulite e anche molto carine! Ha anche una terrazza per vedere le mongolfiere la mattina! Colazione buona!

Ubicado a unos 15 minutos del centro. Nos quedamos 2 noches y no hicieron aseo en la habitación (no disponible para estadías así).

Heavy black mold in both the bathroom and bedroom. Definitely a health risk.
The shower head leaked and sprayed water everywhere.
On the second night, we moved to a different room. That one had a strong sewage smell.
It’s unclear how this place has good reviews. We experienced two different rooms, and neither met basic standards.

The room is large as well at the bathroom and shower, it was warm even without the heating (heating is available tho, we just turned it off). The bed is large and comfy. The views are nice, both from the room and the terrace. The breakfast bufe was good. The staff is helpful and can be easily found at the reception desk.
The hotel is located not in the center, that's why it's mostly quiet.
The shower is fixed and it might be uncomfortable at times. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, probably sewage or some type of mold.
Also we had a room for 2 and there was only one blanket but the staff helped us to get another one.
Mind that it might take around 10 minutes on foot to the closest food store and cafe/restaurant.

The location was very good. A short walk into town with a few good places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful with tips and suggestions, and booking tickets. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The view of the balloons at dawn as well as the surrounding scenery from the terrace was excellent.
Great location, delicious breakfast and lovely staff (and cats) -- would absolutely recommend!
