Personnel d’une grande gentillesse, attentif au bien être de sa clientèle
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Situation idéale à Göreme, tout proche du centre ville mais à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville, très calme. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Cons:

Matelas un peu trop ferme.

Esperienza fantastica
Pros:

Struttura bellissima, accogliente, molto caratteristica.
Unica pecca non aver volato con le mongolfiere, poiché l’ente preposto non ha autorizzato la mattina (unica ) che avevamo prenotato.
Nonostante questo la struttura ci ha consigliato un tour del giorno, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente proprio per le mongolfiere.

Otherworldly...dramatic landscapes, hot air balloons, & an unforgettable sense of history
Pros:

Good breakfast served on the terrace with spectacular views. The room was large with a king sized bed and a huge bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower, lots of hot water. Lovely garden on the property and very cute cat :). The hotel staff are very friendly and went above and beyond to enhance my stay. Special thank you to Ümit 🙏

Pros:

I took it just for a day because of hot air balloon and it was a mistake. The location is exactly where balloons take off

Struttura situata in bella zona dove la mattina potevi vedere all alba il tramonto

Il proprietario maleducato è appena arrivati ci ha fatto accomodare cercandoci di vendere il più impossibile con in insistenza mia vista prima poi se gli facevi qualche domanda faceva il finto tonto
Voleva essere pagato solamente in contanti infatti ho pure chat whatsapp che affermano ciò cosa mai vista anche se lì vicino aveva il pos
Diffidate dall immagina della colazione poca scelta e la cucina decisamente sporca forse noi italiani siamo abituati diversamente

Frühstück war sehr mau und Hygiene war wünschenswert. Auch die Zimmer sind nicht die neuesten, Klimaanlage nicht gut genug und die Toilette war schlecht (Keine Lüftung)

Posto magico, spettacolare!!! Camere accoglienti e pulitissime!! Letti super comodi, colazione super!!!! Ragazzo che gestisce super accogliente e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni modo!!!!! Lo consiglio a tutti!!!! Fantastico....un profumo di pulito ovunque!!!!
