El olor que salía del baño
Camere accoglienti, colazione buona con ampia scleta, staff molto disponibile e gentile. Ottima posizione, appena fuori dal centro e dal caos. Perfetta per vedere le mongolfiere.
Per 3 notti non sono mai state fatte le pulizie della camera.

Ala Stone es un excelente lugar para estar.
La zona es muy tranquila y a pocos minutos del área céntrica.
Las vistas desde el hotel son excelentes, y principalmente la atención del dueño Stuat, permanentemente dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier tema.
Algo bueno también, son pocas habitaciones por lo tanto el hotel es muy silencioso.
Lo recomiendo mucho.

Bad wifi and not so warm shower.
This boutique hotel had a lovely family ambience that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring Cappadocia, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The views from the hotel were absolutely beautiful and added so much charm to our stay.
There wasn’t anything major to dislike, as our experience was very positive overall. Some travelers might find the boutique style more intimate than large hotels, but we enjoyed it.

The location is very close to the hot air balloons . We can see the balloon direct from the rooftop. The variety of food for breakfast also the best. Easy to access the city centre. The owner also very thoughtful. We use the airport pickup and the bus is very on time.

We were surprised by the level of hospitality of this beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help and advise. The room was clean and stylish, just as in the pictures. From the terrace, you can literally see how airballons are flying above your head. The location is also great, 10 mins from the main shopping centre. Also, we loved cats, the hosts are taking care of them, which is so lovely.

Our room supposed to have view of the garden but we only saw a wall . They supposed that they have booked us 2 weeks before for a balloon flight but they never did ( very annoying considering we only had 3.mornings and the one cancelled because of the weather).poor wifi connection
El personal fue muy agradable, simpático y atento. Les damos las gracias a cada una de las personas que se esforzaron por hacer nuestra estancia maravillosa. Tiene al mejor gatito de toda Turquía. La habitación y el baño tienen un buen tamaño y aunque no tenga la cama y almohadas más cómodas o sea la habitación más moderna cumple con lo necesario para pasar varios días a gusto. El desayuno te hace el día más fácil pudiendo salir a explorar Capadocia ya ready.
Algunas cosas parecían un poco viejas o no encajaban con la decoración. No es nada especialmente negativo, pero sí algo que creo que les puede hacer mejorar. Hay mucha gente que se guía por lo estético.

everything was absolutely good. Location was perfect. Can see the balloons flying from the balcony.
Room and the bathroom was clean and nice. Bed linen was also nice and clean. It was a good experience and we enjoyed the stay there.
Staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. Tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Even they tried to play our local music (including the turkish songs also) during the breakfast time was really touching as they tried their best to make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. The lady who was serving and helping at the breakfast buffet was also incredibly helped us to make our experience even nicer.
