Pros:

I took it just for a day because of hot air balloon and it was a mistake. The location is exactly where balloons take off

Frühstück war sehr mau und Hygiene war wünschenswert. Auch die Zimmer sind nicht die neuesten, Klimaanlage nicht gut genug und die Toilette war schlecht (Keine Lüftung)

Nous avons réservé deux chambres dans cet hôtel pour trois nuits qui ne correspond absolument pas aux photos qui sont nettement embellies avec l’IA.
Les chambres sentaient une très forte odeur d’égout provenant de la salle de d’eau, tellement acide, que l’air était irrespirable dans les chambres.
Après plus de 2h30 de négociation sur place avec le gérant, aucune proposition adaptée ni correcte ne nous a été proposée. La seule possibilité était de dormir dans les chambres que je qualifierai d’insalubres.
Nous avons visité d’autres chambres dans cet hôtel qui sentaient la même odeur irrespirable.
Nous avons été obligés de réserver un autre logement à nos frais exclusifs dans un autre établissement pour éviter des problèmes de santé et respiratoire.

L’établissement Ala Stone Hotel - Ballon view experience a bien sûr refusé de nous rembourser puisqu’il perdait deux chambres pour trois nuits, soit 460,27€.

Le porte bagage était cassé. Il y a de la moisissure au niveau du plafond dans la douche et un savon dans l’évacuation de douche pour masquer les odeurs (cf. Photos).
Le prix demandé pour une nuit ne correspond pas du tout aux prestations proposées par l’établissement.

Si vous appréciez les établissements qui louent des chambres insalubres et se préoccupent davantage de l’aspect financier que de la décence du logement mis à disposition de ses clients et leur santé, alors foncez !
Ce que fait cet établissement est inadmissible. Je mets la note de 1 car je ne peux pas mettre 0 !

Posizione molto vicina al centro di Goreme. Parcheggio disponibile gratuito a fianco della struttura.

Perfetta soluzione per qualche giorno in Cappadocia
Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro servito di negozi e ristoranti
Camera caratteristica e pulita
Terrazza panoramica da cui la mattina si possono vedere le mongolfiere all’alba
Staff e proprietario accoglienti e disponibili

Cons:

In generale la colazione turca per un italiano che la mattina beve caffè e mangia dolci non è il massimo, ma per chi apprezza i dolci locali e il salato la mattina, è sicuramente ricca
Leggero odore di fogna nel bagno / in camera ma bastava aprire le finestre e far girare l’aria
Le esperienze organizzate dall’hotel sono state eccezionali, servizio impeccabile, volendo in giro si trovano più economiche ecco mi aspettavo di spendere meno ma non so se siano altrettanto valide quelle offerte da altri
