Very comfortable stay and good location
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the location was very much accessible for all purchase needs.

Ok,not bad,but obviously customer satisfaction is not their stong suit.
Pros:

The place is located in a central area where everything is accessible.The room was reasonable and clean.AC s were working and was good for a one night stay.Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The checkout time is 11 am.I asked if I could checkout at 12( 1 hour extension).They refused point blank.When I asked if even an hour could not be accomodated,the receptionist answered saying all rooms were booked for today.I did a quick check by trying to book a room at the same place for the same day and it shows that rooms were available.So obviously,it's a hotel policy(?) or receptionist 's whim and fancy to not allow even an hour's extended checkout.I did not like this.To add to it,the receptionist called me exactly at 11 and asked me if I had checked out.Makes me think if I should stay here again,despite other things being ok

Very good stay in a spacious room with neat and clean washroom.
Pros:

South Indian Breakfast was excellent for vegetarians.Could know about boiled egg or omlette after the breakfast was over,no regrets for missing the protein contents.The staffs were very nice and cooperative.Overall experience was very good and would love to visit again with the family.

Cons:

Toilet flush was insufficient and had to be pressed atleast 2-3 times on each occasion.
