Cons:

We had an issue with the payment at the hotel. We paid the evening before, but the receptionist asked us to pay again the following morning. This led to a conflict and a verbal argument. Fortunately, a very kind, helpful, and accommodating manager stepped in and resolved the situation without us having to pay again.

The manager was truly excellent, while the receptionist behaved inappropriately.

Byli jsme zde ubytovaný již po několikáté a vždy jsme spokojený.

Poloha ubytování, čisté, výborná snídaně v ceně.

Cons:

Nefungovala klimatizace, kterou jsme reklamovali a byl nám ihned nabídnutý jiný pokoj kde bylo vše v pořádku.

Plezierig verblijf en centraal in Dresden
Pros:

Prima ontbijt , royaal ontbijt er zit altijd iets bij wat je kan kiezen.
Fijn een eigen terras waar je kan zitten bij ontbijt of in de avond.
Kamer was niet groot maar prima bedden,douche en tafeltje met 2 stoeltjes.

Echt niets.

Mooie en schone kamer met airco, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Toplocatie zo dicht bij het centrum en parkeerplaats om de hoek is erg goedkoop.

Cons:

De airco was niet heel goed en een koelkastje had het verblijf afgemaakt.
