Un hôtel bien placé au centre de Stone Town. Une belle chambre très grande, l'hôtel nous a surclassés sans frais supplémentaires. Cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme et le personnel est agréable.
Ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages toute la journée, notre vol étant en fin de soirée. Je recommande chaudement cet hôtel dont le rapport qualité / prix est plus que correct.

I had a wonderful stay at Emerald Palm Courtyard Hotel. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and located in a perfect area close to many attractions in Stone Town. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome from check-in until check-out. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality.
I highly recommend Emerald Palm Courtyard Hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
The rooms were comfortable, but I could sometimes hear noise from outside. Better soundproofing would make the stay even more relaxing.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly. Special thanks to the manager, Abdul, for his professionalism and leadership. I also appreciate the reception staff, Elia and Hamza, for their warm welcome and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel!
The only suggestion I have is to add a backup generator for emergencies so guests can continue enjoying a comfortable stay during power outages. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Location is super Great. Middle if Stone Town, next to the Fort and Near to Famous The Forodhani. Staying here feels like living in old time and enjoy the local culture like a local. Very safe and convinient to go around and enjoy the food, sunset and historical places. Rooms are quite spacious, average amenity kits but good enough to live with it. Breakfast is good. Helpful Staffs.
Need a Good Renovation of the Hotel. the Staircase is really needing an immediate attention.

Ηταν σε πολυ κεντρικό σημείο της Stonetown. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Το πρωινό ηταν τέλειο, επίσης.
Δεν επιανε καλό σημα wifi στο δωμάτιο και επίσης την πρώτη ημέρα που συμβουλευτήκαμε την τοποθεσία που έχουν στο booking ήταν αδυνατο να το βρούμε. Ευτυχώς οι άνθρωποι στην πόλη ήταν πολύ φιλικοι και μας πήγε μια κοπέλα που γνωριζε καλά την πολη.
Good location but if you want to get directions then search for Zanzibar house, recenter change of nem!

Amabilité du personnel et architecture de l'hôtel .
Salle de bain obscure compte tenu du mauvais éclairage ( ampoules et néon cassés et pas remplacés malgré notre demande).Peintures des chambres à refaire ( salpêtre et taches++).Pas de rangement et pas de mini réfrigérateur.
The hotel is in a 150 year old building, giving it true Stonetown character. Lovely interiors in the bedrooms, with complimentary dates and tea. Good breakfast served fresh to order in the courtyard outside. Hotel is within walking distance to key areas such as the Old Fort and the food market, and the city feels very safe to walk around in. Very friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile to support us with earlier check in and arranging taxis.
Given the building is old, there are small cracks/gaps around the windows which would allow insects/mosquitos in if you do not spray the room well (there is not mosquito mesh covering these)

The athmosphere is good, easy walking distance to the market and the old town.
