Great location and amazing staff.
Pros:

First time in Lisbon so was guessing locations when we booked but couldn’t have done much better. The hotel is on the edge of the shopping and restaurant area and at the bottom of the hill below the castle opposite the public lifts. The hotel was quirky and comfortable. Breakfast was continental but with hot eggs and lots of fresh pastries. The staff were always friendly and super helpful. Nice little touches like a welcome note and chocolates and then fresh water in your room each day and tea and coffee in the 2nd living room whenever you want it.
If happily stay again.

Cons:

The size of the room was good but could have benefited from a chair with a back. I understand this would have made the room cluttered but would have been nice not to have to sit on the bed or the stool.

Pros:

24 saat su ,kahve ,kek olması cok güzel. Yataklar ,yastıklar konforlu idi. Temizlik iyiydi. Merkezde olması harika. Sadece yokuş ,ağır valiz ile gelir giderken biraz zorladi ama problem değil.

Cons:

Odada ve banyoda askı yoktu. Havlulari,çamasirlari asacağiz, o noktada sorun yaşadık. Odada biraz alan dardi. 2 valiz acmak için. Bi sekilde çözüm bulduk .

Sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage. Sehr bequeme Betten.Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Kaffee/Tee + Gebäck rund um die Uhr.

Excellent boutique hotel in central location
Pros:

Wonderful hotel in great location. It’s at the brow of a hill but there is an elevator a few doors down to save walking up it too many times although it doesn’t work late in the evening. We loved the hotel and were delighted with our room which had a small terrace. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and there was tea and coffee available all day in the dining area along with cake and pastries every afternoon. Would definitely recommend.
