Vicini al centro, coccolati come a casa della nonna.
Pros:

La prima colazione varia e con prodotti di prima qualità; i piatti e i bicchieri ricordano quelli di una casa nello spirito dell'hotel FLH (Feels like home). La posizione è centrale ma defilata, comoda e tranquilla, appena sotto il Castello.
Il personale è disponibile e garbato.

We will definitely return
Pros:

The location was fantastic with city elevators to transport you to the Baixo and the Castle. There is a grocery store across the street as well as a nice square for eating and drinks. The breakfast was exceptional. Love that the hotel had a beautifully restored living room to relax in.

Great staff, lots of room to roam and snacks in the afternoon
Pros:

Excellent location, clean rooms and spacious hotel. We liked the 'old world' feel that the hotel emanates.

Cons:

The only issue we encountered was that the lights would not come on in the hallway to our room

Our stay was nice but the hotel was older with smaller rooms than expected with low water pressure
Pros:

The location was nice and close to a good area where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s also fairly close to the water, where there is a big piazza. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. They also offered some snacks and coffee all day so that was a nice touch. We took advantage of all of it.

Cons:

The hotel and the room was much older than expected. The photos make it look a lot better. The bathroom was updated, however, we had very very low water pressure both in the hand held and the overhead. There was no place to put our luggage and the bed moved away from the headboard a lot so we were unable to sit up and lean against it.
