Pros:

Convenient location close to the station.

Very clean and well maintained.

The capsules are spacious - the bedside locker in particular is a great touch.

On site cafe with a happy hour promotion - cocktail or beer for 450 yen between 17:00 - 19:00.

Polite and helpful staff.

The temperature in the dormitory was maintained at a comfortable temperature - not too hot or too cold.

Fast and reliable WiFi.

Overall good value for money.

Cons:

The check in and out times are very restrictive. 17:00 is far too late and 10:00am is too early for most travellers.

The mattress was firm, lumpy and generally uncomfortable. The curtain does not pull all the way down, so sleeping in darkness was not possible.

Unnecessarily convoluted check-in process. I understand that online check in should make the process more efficient, but taking a photo of your passport and a verification selfie in order to check in feels like a violation of privacy and is the only time I've encountered this in Japan.

Great first capsule hotel.
Pros:

Amazingly clean property. Great proximity to Osaka Station with a subway station closer. Facilities are modern and easy to use. If you are worried about using a capsule hotel for the first time this is a great choice to try for the first time.
