Would be absolutely lovely when the hotel is repaired!
Pros:

Perfect location and the hotel feels lovely when you come in. The staff were so nice and the breakfast and restaurant we absolutely excellent

Cons:

Unfortunately I think we had really bad circumstances when we stayed so we didn't sleep a wink. They "upgraded" us to a seafront too. Which had the restaurant speakers in the floor pumping music non stop, there was also heavy construction directly outside the window that started at 6:30am. They also had a problem with the heating, so the room was 11 degrees and they had no blankets and only summer duvet so we tried to sleep in all our clothes but still shaking with cold, and the shower water alternated between warm and freezing every few seconds none stop so we couldn't shower.

Beautiful room , friendly staff great location and facilities
Pros:

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the uk , the room was beautiful , extremely clean , warm with a amazing sea view , the shower was really powerful and hot . Extra pillows in the room was really handy , and the staff where extremely helpful and friendly and seemed to take pride in their , job , with having a newborn baby the lifts in the hotel where a bonus . Can’t wait to stay again ,

Pros:

The room was fine for what we wanted it for, comfy and spacious.

Cons:

I thought there might be a bath and not just disabled shower room, which was disappointing. The reception area was lovey and clean, but the rest of the hotel carpets looked quite dirty and old. Which let it down a little. Also the room was far too warm, we tried to turn the thermostat down but it didn’t respond. Overall a good stay

Lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

I liked that it was right on the sea front. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms had everything that you expect and were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous as was the evening meal.

Love the hotel great staff, impressed by reception, dining and outside area.
Pros:

Location of hotel, friendliness of staff, improvements to front of house area of hotel since last visit, parking available, use of lift if needed.

Cons:

Unable to access WiFi due to location of room which was at back of hotel in one of the 'tired' rooms (word used by staff to describe our room), poor cleanliness of carpet on stairwells (would look cleaner/better if uncarpeted maybe). Many old and visible stains on room carpet immediately noticable when entering the room making it, sadly, a bad first impression and 'feeling that room was dirty. Love the hotel and don't look to stay anywhere else in Llandudno but feel we should have, at the very least, been advised of the visible stains beforehand. Bit disappointed in that we could not fault the room we had on our last visit prior to your re-vamp of front of house.which was sadly not the case this time.

Heard good things aboutt Llandudno, but overall disappointed
Pros:

Location was fine.

Cons:

Parking was very difficult. Room was too warm to sleep, with window wedged open with a piece of wood.
The shower pulsated from freezing cold, to very hot.
