Wonderfully situated
Pros:

Lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. Very clean and it was great to have parking.

Cons:

Our door into our room didn't actually fit the frame. There's was a gap between the carpet and the door that allowed in light. We put a pillow there to block it.

Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

The room. Carpets were stained and looked dirty. Window frames not clean at all. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet properly.

Not very pleased
Pros:

Location is good,near the sea & center,reception staff nice and helpful .
Water&biscuit&coffee ECT provided .
Restaurant look modern & clean ,food not bad .

Cons:

The room we stay was way too warm ,themo control not working ,temp kept on 24°c during the night therefore we did not sleep well at all .
There is a big gap underneath the door which we felt insecure and we have to place an towel to block the light .
Mattress on the bed was as hard as stone also 2 spare pillows in the cardboard that I found the pillow cases was used !
Tea cups have stains ,carpet has stains.
Breakfast experience was also below expectations,One of the items was unavailable without prior notice,
We understand sometime this could happen due to stock ,the staff's attitude was disappointing-there was no apology ,and the response felt dismissive .
Overall ,it was not just one issue,but a combination of room condition& comfort,and service attitude that made the stay unsatisfactory .
It's a pity ,as these are all things that could be improved with better attention to detail and basic customer care .

Pros:

Staff were very good, helpful and polite. Restaurant and reception area were clean, and tidy, fresh looking.

Cons:

The hotel room did not meet expectations, no hot water, carpets were stained in the bedrooms and stairs, restaurant menu was vert limited on choices.
