Brilliant stay, as always-breakfast absolutely delicious and staff always outstanding
Pros:

Location is so central and close to the pier and the great orme

Cons:

The bedrooms are a little old fashioned, we were given a family room and had accessible bathroom making it a little less glamorous, no bath.

Pros:

Staff were nice and breakfast pretty good....but not quite to the standard i would expect for the money. Not luxurious and pretty basic.

Brilliant location to shops and the pier and hotel was lovely and the breakfast really good can't recommend the scrambled eggs enough and the staff soo friendly.
Our room was so comfortable and lovely sea view and the room was very clean will definitely stay again

A very nice stay
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned on the seafront. The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very nice

Cons:

I had informed the hotel that I was allergic to pepper but they asked me if it was ok that the batter on the fish had curry powder in it! Never heard of that before but they did make the batter for me without the curry powder. The only problem with the location is that in the summer it would be very difficult to find parking

Beautiful room , friendly staff great location and facilities
Pros:

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the uk , the room was beautiful , extremely clean , warm with a amazing sea view , the shower was really powerful and hot . Extra pillows in the room was really handy , and the staff where extremely helpful and friendly and seemed to take pride in their , job , with having a newborn baby the lifts in the hotel where a bonus . Can’t wait to stay again ,

Would be absolutely lovely when the hotel is repaired!
Pros:

Perfect location and the hotel feels lovely when you come in. The staff were so nice and the breakfast and restaurant we absolutely excellent

Cons:

Unfortunately I think we had really bad circumstances when we stayed so we didn't sleep a wink. They "upgraded" us to a seafront too. Which had the restaurant speakers in the floor pumping music non stop, there was also heavy construction directly outside the window that started at 6:30am. They also had a problem with the heating, so the room was 11 degrees and they had no blankets and only summer duvet so we tried to sleep in all our clothes but still shaking with cold, and the shower water alternated between warm and freezing every few seconds none stop so we couldn't shower.

Lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

I liked that it was right on the sea front. The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms had everything that you expect and were comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous as was the evening meal.
