Lovely location. Sea view. Bedrooms need modernising.
Pros:

Location. Nice lobby and bar. Fan provided. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bedroom was tired with old furniture. It could do with a revamp.
The bathroom was dimly lit and felt dingy. Needs more shelves e.g. under the bathroom mirror.

I would recommend this hotel, nice restaurant and bar
Pros:

The location was excellent on the promenade. Breakfast was amazing, nice to get a menu and choose cooked breakfast and a few other choices. Very nice restaurant and bar area. Parking available but need to arrive early

Was a lovely hotel & staff were most helpful, the goat restaurant was very good too ,
Pros:

Breakfast was really good , everything on the menu you could wish for & staff were really helpful !

Cons:

We were far too hot in bedroom but a fan was supplied & hotel couldn't help the extreme heat ! Maybe all hotels will have to think of air-conditioning in bedroom's if this is gonna be the normal summertime weather in the future not what we are used to !

A very pleasant stay and will return.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good, there are plenty of options, one day I asked for a change up of the avocado on toast to include smoked salmon and it was no problem for them, breakfast was included with our room. The restaurant is very nice, spacious and clean, the reception area is open and has comfortable seating, all the staff where helpful and friendly. There is lots of parking at the rear of the hotel (one of the main reasons we picked it, if you know Llandudno you know that parking can be a headache). We had lunch one day and sat outside and braved the seagulls, lunch was very pleasant and some good options.

Cons:

Although there is a lift to all floors the main one is in a full glass stairwell, on hot days it is unbearable to be in there, it could do with some of the glass panels being replaced with vents, we resorted to using the smaller lift that I think was meant for staff. Our room looked tired ( dull paint, hole in carpet ) but I overheard a conversation about renovations are starting in November, our room had a full wet room which was slightly annoying as water gets everywhere, I think a handle on the wall would be great for people with mobility issues.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

View from the back, gaps below doors, dodgy joinery, could hear people quite loud in corridor and people walking around in the room above.
