A perfect short stay, hope to go again.
Pros:

The location was by the shore and in walking distance from shops etc.
The breakfast was excellent and beautifully served.
Super helpful staff

I would not book it again or recommend to others
Pros:

The location was excellent. Two members of staff, a Polish receptionist and a young lad working in the dining room on his first week there were very good and friendly.

Cons:

The beds are advertised as King size, but they are the smallest King size I have seen. The tv is a 14-inch screen which in the first room we were given was at 90 degrees to the bed making it impossible to watch. In the second room it was facing the bed and so was watchable although extremely small. The Welsh breakfast on days 1 and 2 included 2 eggs and 2 rashers of bacon but on day 3 this became 1 egg and 1 rasher of bacon. Worse though was the 'famous' Welsh bread bun which was rock solid and could not even be cut using a knife.

Excellent hotel with fantastic breakfast and clean spacious facilities, but room was a bit warm.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Location ideal. Very clean and spacious rooms. Convenient free parking.

Cons:

Water from the tap in the bathroom only ran warm so wasn't great for drinking water - and the room was so warm that bottled water provided was very warm too. Struggled with the temperature in the room due to the direction it faced and the fan provided did little to help.

Pros:

Nice and clean. The foyer was very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and a fantastic sea view. The added advantage of a lift made this hotel perfect.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay and will most probably return again in the future.
Pros:

The location was convenient and there was ample car parking for guests. The room was also very clean and additional facilities such as water and tissues were very welcome. The receptionist was also very friendly, professional and helpful during our stay.

Very enjoyable two night stay in a great location hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and our room very clean and the bathroom was clean and quite spacious. Location excellent and the sea view beautiful from our window. Lift to each floor very useful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice warm room temperature although difficult to regulate. Easy to communicate with the hotel prior to staying there. Able to get a parking space at the back of the hotel.

Cons:

Fluctuating shower temperature from cold to to hot to cold throughout the shower. Water flow pulsed permanently in the taps. Difficult to get hot water at a medium flow.

Cons:

Rooms need updating our room used to be for people with a disability. However the disability aids have been removed but fixing holes still in wall and where a single bed used to be with access to sockets a double bed has been put in the room but turned to fit in so no access to sockets by bed now. TV is at funny angle to be
