Comfortable hotel in an excellent location with exceptional staff team.
Pros:

The staff team were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beach front snd closest all amenities. There was an excellent resteraunt onsite and a carpark with free parking. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is part way through renovation and the public areas look fantastic, I believe the rooms will be done later this year.

Cons:

The rooms were dated but these were to be renovated later this year.

Pros:

The location is good as you are on the prom and walking distance to the shops. The breakfast choice was good as well. The staff in the restaurant were very nice.

Cons:

We had a seafront room and it has to be the smallest hotel room I have stayed in. Having been here many times over the years when it was family run it has been updated but obviously to the sacrifice of the rooms.

Llandudno Esplanade
Pros:

A warm friendly and informative welcome.
We had accessable room, no shower chair in room.
I requested one at reception and it was brought to me within 5 minutes.
Accessable for wheelchair users is around the back of the hotel and is excellent.
Restaurant was excellent, staff noticed to have very good memory for guests orders, and specific requirements .
Breakfast was superb.

Cons:

Just one thing was a little tricky managing bedroom door and wheelchair ..
Maybe put a magnetic plate or slow closing arm on the door so you had a little longer to get out.

Very relaxing stay in a comfortable environment, great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent choice for breakfast and quality food. Location on the Seafront was perfect. Staff were welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

A lift at each end of the hotel would have helped, but a minor issue.
