The apartment was very clean, comfortable and calm. It felt private and safe, which was very important for me because I was staying with a child and working remotely. The building felt well organised and secure, with security cameras in the common areas. Nobody entered the apartment or disturbed us unnecessarily, so it was possible to work or study calmly.
The room itself was well equipped: the windows had solid metal external blinds, the bathroom was spacious, with a towel radiator, good water pressure in the shower and reliably hot water.
The refrigerator is small, but it cools very well; settings 1 or 2 are quite sufficient, and if you adjust the thermostat to 4 or 5, you can even store ice cream in it.
There was also a proper wardrobe and a small kitchen.

The common area downstairs is a big advantage. There is plenty of space to sit, eat, drink tea or coffee, and for a child it is also a nice place to spend some time.
The self check-in machine was practical, and it was possible to make two key cards for both guests.
A special thank you to Bilal, who reacted very quickly and helped solve a noise issue with another guest. The staff and support were generally very responsive, friendly and helpful. Thanks to Marko for helping me figure out the layout of the building and sort out the necessary matters.
For me, the biggest advantage was not only the apartment itself, but the respectful communication and the feeling that privacy, safety and quiet working conditions were taken seriously.
The extension was also easy, and we were able to stay in the same room.
The laundry room is another strong point, with washing machines, dryers, an iron and an ironing board. I was also able to find parking nearby in the area.

A very big thank you to Bilal. He helped us quickly with a room upgrade and gave us a higher room where it was quieter. He is very competent, knows the house rules well, reacts quickly and solves accommodation-related questions in a professional and practical way.

Thank you again for the fast help and for making the move to another apartment possible without unnecessary delay. The staff were friendly, responsive and solution-oriented. The self check-in system is practical, it is possible to get two key cards, and the laundry room with washing machines, dryers, an iron and an ironing board is very convenient. Parking was also possible to find nearby in the area.

Wir haben nicht dort gefrüstückt.Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und uns daher selbst versorgt. Wir waren auf einem Konzert in der Freilichtbühne, diese war fußläufig zu erreichen, daher ist die Lage exzellent. Sehr freündliches Personal. Schneller Lift.
