Excellent location which is very close to both prophet's mosque and the Rawdah.

It was a very convenient and amazing place to stay away from home
Pros:

The rooms are stunning with everything you need especially the main toiletries like towels , hand towels , etc . Staff was amazing and constantly checked in whether everything is in order or whether I need anything . I like the location which is close to the Rowdah as well as the women’s prayer area . Lovely shops around it . The breakfast was amazing ,and even their room service menu was great . I will definitely stay there and highly recommend anyone to book at this hotel and its fairly priced for what you get

Very good experience
Pros:

I stayed in this hotel and I found this hotel to exceed my expectations. There customer service standards are very high. Especially in the restaurant area. Mr Mohammed Ibrahim was exceptional. On the last day, we had to leave the hotel at 6 am and he changed the breakfast time from 6am to 5 15am for us. I have never came across this in any hotel. Additionally, chef Adnan and Shanto Islam were brilliant staff members as well. The reception would call us everyday to check up on us, I thought this was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel as all services were 5 stars and very close to Haram.
