One of the best place in madina i enjoy my trip and have a good stay in the hotel Masum Ahmed is a good guy insha allah will come again

I came to this hotel as part of my Umra Package with my family of Ten for five days and must say that they are perfectly placed right across the road from Masjidun Nawabi their food is very good with spacious rooms that are will laid out and their concierge Fokrul Islam we met on arrival was so knowledgeable about the surroundings made our stay so much more enjoyable

Staff were amazing like always greeting with a smile on they face breakfast was decent and hotel was a good location definitely recommend

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa in Medina. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from room changes to organising Ziyrat tours and money exchange.

A special thank you to Fahkrul,Jillani, Yousuf, Lamma, Hayam and Turkiy who is hilarious and so sweet on reception, they all made our stay 10/10. Every morning we’d get a courtesy call to check how we were and if we needed anything — such thoughtful service that truly made us feel cared for.

The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and a home
from home and perfectly located — right opposite Gate 309 and only a 2-minute walk to the women’s entrance of Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient. Also the golf carts to Quba Mosque were parked right outside.

I highly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone visiting Medina. You’ll be well looked after by an amazing team who genuinely care about making your stay memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Great location. Masjid al nabawi across the road. Staff were friendly and helpful and rooms were cosy and clean.

Staff was very good and helpful

They don’t respond to messages in time. Check-in lady was a bit rude because I didn’t speak Arabic. I had early check in and she wanted me to wait until 5 for my room even though the website says 4 and most other hotels says 3. In an instant world that we live in they could respond to messages sooner. Bellman Amin was great, picked our bags for us to the receptionist and made sure we had everything we needed that was in his control, all with a smile.

Room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from reception, room service and restaurant were amazing and gave us a very warm welcome. All issues were resolved very quickly. Ishtiaq from the resturant had made sure we never missed our home foods as ge accommodated all our needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Madinah. 10/10 on everything

Very clean. Great service. Perfect location. No issues at all. Receptionist named Khalid was the most hospitable person I’ve ever met.

Avoid. They were either sloppy, or they profiled us.

I paid an excess of £200/night. The main redeemer was the great view of the masjid, I could almost touch it. It was all downhill from there.

The fridge was a dud. They must have known about this, especially in August when the temp in Saudi is regularly above 50c.

Secondly, the toilet did not flush. This issue was so severe that there was no way they could not have known about this. We identified the problem late after midnight. We were extremely tired from Umra the previous day and the last thing we needed was an plumber trying to fix the problem in the middle of the night. This meant that the toilet was pretty much out of bounds until we had recouped our energy.

This issues led me to the conclusion that they were either sloppy, or it was a case of profiling in that people of our background would be accustomed to these issue.

Either way, our experience was dismal.

All good. Just remember this is not a super luxury hotel. Very close to prayer area. Clean and friendly.
Don't expect anything special from the dinner buffet...sr 60.
Message to management: need brighter lighting in rooms.
Will stay again next time in madinah.

Very nice hotel, very conveniently located close to Haram gate number 309. Plenty of transport options nearby. Staff very kind, very helpful, they arranged my early check in request without any problems.

Room very clean.

Elaf Al Taqwa thank you so much for your hospitality and excellent customer service that exceeded our expectations. We arrived late for breakfast one day, as we were awake most nights caring for our mother and the manager gave us food for free. This hotel serves good food with a wide variety of dishes. The staff are incredibly friendly and always asking if we needed anything. Room service amazing. I will definitely come here again! We had 2 parents in wheelchairs and the staff would always come to us and help us get in and out of the lifts. Thank you!
