One of the best hotels in madina as this is the 4th time I have came and it never disappoints mashallah.
Pros:

Everything from cleanliness until breakfast to staff to excellence service

لقد حجزت مع غرفه بسريرين وكان الحجز شامل الإفطار وعند تسجيل الدخول اخبرني موظف الاستقبال بان غرفتي سرير واحد وغير شامل الإفطار. أعطاني غرفه ب سريري منفردين ولم تكون بالمساحه حسب المتفق عليه وقت الحجز ولم افطر طوال مدة اقامتي

It was a great stay, with the perfect location!
Pros:

The room was a great size but we especially liked the sized of the bathroom and shower in particular. The housekeeping were great and attended to our needs whenever we needed especially the housekeeper named Parbez. He was great and cleaned our room to an exceptional level every time! So thank you.

Cons:

There was not much that we did not like but one thing which annoyed my husband was were the lights and plugs were located right behind his bed. It was really inconvenient and also because of this, whenever he slept and turned, the lights kept coming on and off. Therefore the layout of the switches could be changed.

Overall it was a really clean hotel and will come back here again
Pros:

Elaf al taqwa was really close to gate 309 which was extremely close to haram .We only had to walk 5 mins to get to haram .It was also really close to multiple convenient shops.The property was fancy and clean.The service was really quick and so were the elevators.
