It was decent hotel.
Our initial issue with cleanliness was swiftly addressed.
Staff were courteous and polite.

Cons:

The location, although it is near the Haram, it was struggle for the ladies as they had to walk all the way to the back of the Haram to the section where women can pray inside the masjid. It can take about 20 minutes to reach due the crowd.
There are quite a few power sockets by the bedside but only one works. It was a similar problem of one of the other room where our relatives were also staying. The management again acted very swiftly and offered to change our room. As we were on our second day and we were already settled in the room, we declined this offer as all our thjngs were out of suitcase.

Will we book this hotel again?
Maybe but it all depends on the deal they have
