Pros:

Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part.

これはコストパフォーマンスを考えれば問題無い、とても良い事だ。
駅から離れているが、上野、浅草共に徒歩圏内で散歩に良い。

Pros:

トイレ、および浴室が大変狭かった。あとは、駅から少し遠いこと。それ以外は何一つ不便がなかった。チェックアウトの説明もしてほしかった。

Extremely friendly staff and very quiet and clean. Great for couples or solo travelers. You are right next to major station and walking distance from so many great areas in Tokyo!

This hotel was located in a quiet area, not too far from the station and was a good base to travel to and from. In addition to this, there are many shops and restaurants only a few minutes away on foot.
The staff are super friendly, attentive, very polite and available around the clock, should you need any assistance.
The hotel, let alone the room was extremely clean and I felt the room we had was adequate for two people, I understand most rooms in hotels are quite compact, however we had no issues with space at all.

Lastly, thank you to the staff at FL Hotel Asakusa. You have been amazing and I hope we get the opportunity to visit again.

チェックイン前に荷物を預けたら、チェックイン時に荷物を部屋に運んでくれていました。助かりました！

最寄り駅は稲荷町ですが、私は上野駅を利用しました。徒歩１５分ほどなので、稲荷町駅を利用するよりも便利かもしれません。
住宅街を歩きながら、スカリツリーを眺めて楽しかったです。また利用したいな。

部屋からスカイツリーが見えて東京に来た〜って感じがしてワクワクしました。
ちょっとしたデスクがあるので、食べたりパソコン開いたりするのに丁度良くて有難かったです。
