The staffs are smart and polite. They are prompt to do the task they are asked for. Cleanliness of the room, dinning, lift are commendable.

Cons:

The size of the room is a little bit small. The blankets are thin for the temperature of Faridabad at the end of November.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, especially Mr. Sajid, whose coordination and hospitality truly stood out. The location is convenient, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The washrooms were hygienic, and the food quality was excellent. The reception team and the manager were professional and responsive to all our needs. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the well-coordinated team.
