The staff is very polite and accommodating.No problem with English communication. Bottled water provided daily. Air conditioned. Clean.

Met several returning customers who were all happy staying at this place time again.

The host is eager to help with local information, like where to eat and shop. Provided me a public transportation card with clear instructions (I have to add fare to the card).

When it's time for me to head to the airport, the staff pre-arranged a taxi for me at a reasonable price (way lower than Uber or any cab you can find on the street).

This place is very close to attractions within walking distance. The bus to the ferry is also 3 minutes away by foot.

This property is in a great location. The staff goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stay 2 night. Stuff are amazing. Very clean room. Everything what we asked they are reply fast and very nice. Will stay again there for sure.

First of all they updated my room to superior which was great.
Although the bathroom did not have proper hot water supply, a hotel staff explained that issue came from the bulb pressure but that never worked during my stay.On top of that, red water came out from the tap, probably iron oxides from the pipe I was not sure what that was.

It was my first trip to Türkiye and coordinating airport travels to/from the hotel was a bit daunting. The hotel offered to arrange hotel pickup and drop off, which relieved some stress. The location is unbeatable and the staff are amazingly kind and helpful.

Lovely, friendly staff who always wanted to help, whatever we needed. Our first room was quite small, but we were moved free of charge to a larger room with no fuss. Rooms were basic, but very clean, generally well presented, with air conditioning, TV, fridge, complimentary water and an excellent shower. Location was excellent - only about 7 mins walk from the Blue Mosque, with shops and restaurants all around. If you like big plush hotels then this may not be for you, but if you want to have a more realistic feel of Istanbul and meet some genuinely lovely people then it will be! Overall a great stay thank you.

Ali was amazing. Always available for any kind of need. He would help us find taxis and haggle for us, provide us with helpful information on places to shop and find good deals, and even bring us sweets. My bag got lost at the airport and the airline shipped it to the hotel. He brought it to me as soon as it was delivered. I can’t thank him enough for making our stay in Istanbul so enjoyable and easy.

Helpful and accommodating staff, lots of restaurants nearby

Es war alles gut, das Zimmer war sauber. Die Hotelbetreiber waren sehr nett und bemüht. Für eine Städtereise war die Unterkunft vollkommen gut.

bed is not comfortable and my skin was itchy - bed bugs ? maybe - people working there nice and attentive

Loved this spot. It’s more like an apartment or air b n b, which was completely fine for us! The bed was comfortable and it was just a 5 min walk from the busy part of Athens, which means it was quiet at night. They do not have staff on site but we have zero issues with this. You really cannot find a better value for the cost and location; highly recommend!

We were so happy with our stay. The transport arranged by the hotel from airport was smooth. The room itself was clean and beautiful and very convenient walking distance to town center. The Ali and Mehmet team went above and beyond to help us with questions about everything- what patient, caring and hospitable hosts. Room was very clean with all facilities same as 3 star hotel but with lower price ,suitable for up to 2 or 3 persons. There is no elevator and its only problem is steps

Turna hotel was perfect in every way. Our welcome was fantastic - I was so touched that they bought my husband some Baklava as it was his birthday. The hotel is quiet and has everything in the room you could possibly need
The hotel is walking distance from everything from the mosques to amazing restaurants and the grand bazaar. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to others. Just perfect.

Great value stay. We booked the rooftop room and really enjoyed our time here. Ali helped us with many things including tours, transport and a visit to the doctor. From our balcony we could view the Bosporus & the 600 year old little Aya Sofia church (built before the big Aya Sofia). A sort walk to all the sights in Sultanahmet. Peter & Chona
