La porte de salle de bain ne fermait pas. La douche a ete rafistolée et continue a fuire.
Impossible de dormir des travaux et beaucoup de bruits des employes a l'accueil jusqua 1h30 du matin.
Nous avions pris cette hotel pour une nuit et dormir pour aller facilement a l'aéroport.
Quelle déception.

I booked through Expedia and paid online but when I arrived at the hotel they told me they didn't have an available room and refused to provide me a refund. I created a case in Expedia and Expedia refused to provide the refund as well. Do not use neither Expedia nor the hotel if you do not want to lose your money. I paid for 2 days and now I can't get even a penny, very disappointing!

Dieses Hotel hat nur auf abzocke abgesehen. Ich habe über Sie gebucht, mit PayPal bezahlt und zum im Hotel vorher angerufen. Alles abgeklärt und wo ich im Hotel angekommen bin, wurde die gesamte Reservierung Bestätigung Zahlung alles kontrolliert und ich wurde in Zimmer aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr dreckig gewesen. Es waren im Zimmer Kakerlaken. Ich musste fast 45 Minuten das ganze Zimmer nach Kakerlaken suchen. Es sind überall Spinnen wehen, die ich selber sauber machen musste, d.h. ich konnte sowieso nicht schlafen. Ich hatte mich kurz vor vier hingelegt und halb geschlafen. Dann, Nach eineinhalb Stunden um 4:00 Uhr morgens klopfte man ganz laut an der Tür, mir wurde gesagt, dass das Zimmer für 60 € an einen anderen verkauft worden ist und ich sofort das Zimmer verlassen muss. Ich musste die Polizei anrufen, ohne dass ich mein Geld bekommen habe, musste ich aus dem Hotel rausgehen. Diese Probleme sind der Polizei allerdings bekannt. Ich bitte Sie sehr drum, dieses Hotel aus Ihrem System raus zu nehmen, weil ich kenne sie. Ich habe über sie gebucht und bitte stornieren Sie diese Buchung und schicken mein Geld unverzüglich zurück.

Nice convenient hotel near the airport
Perfect for ine night stays

The hotel is very clean, hotel staff is very kind, but noises from neighbor people sometimes interpret sleeping, if you are sensitive to noise. The biggest problem may be the transportation from the airport to the hotel. Although hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport by taxi, there may be no public transportation around hotel. I requested a taxi at the airport, which costed 45 USD in the round-trip. So, it was not so cheap. Because the Havaist bus service provides cheap transportation such as roughly 150 TRY, You might realize more cheap stay in total by choosing another hotel, which is close to the Havaist bus stop. But, anyway, the hotel was very clean, hotel staff was very kind.

The bathroom was very dark. No hangers for towels. The room itself was on the basement level. The air conditioner never worked. I woke up, and the room was very smelly. I had to open a window to help with the unpleasant smell. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful. The bathroom had all the toiletries. The shower water pressure was excellent. Overall is overpriced.

Dieser unterkunft gab es garnicht.
Es war eine baustelle die mann nur von der strasse als baustelle erahnen konte. Trotzdem wurde mir als ein gutes hotel teuer verkauft.
Weder Expedia noch von expedia angegebene tel war erreichbar. Meine Reklamation wurde mit einpar Punkten nach mehrfachen reklmieren abgegolten.

The hotel is not at the address informed in the reservation, at the address there is only wasteland and empty half built buildings. I went there by taxi and taxi driver asked people in the area where to find the Hotel, but nobody had ever heard about it.mana airport hotel
