Great customer service, place is clean and organized, everything in the room works and the a/c is very cold. For the price and location I would give this place 5 stars. I will definitely be staying here on my next stay here in La Fortuna.

This boutique hotel and spa is a diamond. Its 3 stars but so much more. The rooms are well appointed with refrigerator, coffee pot. The beds were very comfortable and better than any other beds we slept in while travel throughout Costa Rica for 9 days. Our room had 2 queen beds, a private balcony and the AC worked great. The Toilet Seat was broken off when we arrived and Nelson took care of it proptly. The Pool area was small but felt like I was staying at a private home. The Pool had a very nice waterfall feature that Nelson would activate when we requested it. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they were spotless. The area around the Hotel is busy and sometimes noisey but quiets down after 10:30. Nelson is by far one of the best Hotel Managers I have ever come acrossed. He was professional, so helpful in setting up tours and was very fun to talk to and made us feel right at home. The cost of this gem was the same price as a hostel and it was definitely a step up. Thank you Nelson!!

When we arrived on a busy Easter weekend I hated this place. The location on Expedia is totally misleading as it is directly on the busy Main Street. The Mountain View rooms are at 90 degrees and set back but still get street noise.
However it was spotless, had air con and the staff were lovely (although wanted to sell you tours) and the pool a godsend.

Charming hotel right in the centre of La Fortuna. Pictures are accurate - excellent value for money for big rooms with a view. What made our stay a step above was the delightful Michelle who made our stay a joy, being caring and helpful. Thank you. In response to other reviews, the rooms are not soundproof but everyone was respectful with noise so no issues for us at all.

We have been in Tamarindo CR for 2 months and came to La Fortuna for 5 nights. The Blue Suites was perfect for our stay. The staff was very helpful. We got to enjoy the town, shopping and the many restaurants. It is right in the heart of town so there is some street noise but not too bad. It’s a small hotel with a nice pool area. Not any lounge chairs. But a few chairs and seats. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were as well. We felt at home for our stay. We would stay at the Blue again.

Small hotel right down town La Fortuna. We loved walking to restaurants, grocery store and walked to El Salto one day. Family run business. Very friendly and helpful. Mixed up booking the first night, forgot we were 4, but they were able to make it work. We switched rooms the second night to a bigger space. Convenient mini fridge in the room and coffee maker. We loved the pool and were in it every day. Rooms were clean and maid service daily.
Security: needs updating. Only door nob locks, no dead bolts. No safe in the room.
Nevertheless we felt very safe staying here.
I was happy to find an affordable hotel in La Fortuna so we could splurge on the daytime adventures.

Great location, easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops. Very good friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, my room had a great view of Volcan Arenal

There's a nice balcony and pool area. It's on the main street and is a great location to walk around. But we did not like the room itself. Old washroom and old bed. Ok for what we paid but would have paid more to be in a nicer hotel.
