Staff were great, breakfast ample, clean rooms.
Value for money, not expecting luxury.
Rooms a little dated, feels a bit like grandma's spare room. No noise proofing, hearing the tv from next door.
Location was good
I was very disappointed with my stay. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the adjoining rooms, including the TV, snoring, and even creaky floorboards. As a result, I got very little sleep.
The room also felt quite dated, with several broken tiles on both the bathroom floor and walls. The shower was another issue, as it was impossible to regulate the temperature—it was either lukewarm or scalding hot.
Overall, the lack of comfort, poor soundproofing, and maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay.
Big change from staying at this hotel 2 years previously.
I wasn't informed about all the renovations and the construction around the hotel, noise from room above was almost like there was cardboard ceilings.
TV didn't work either.
All ok staff great
Nothing
Clean and close to city centre
Staff Ouman Diarra worthy of note, went above and beyond to look after us
Building work was getting done
Room was fine and breakfast good.
Very noisy neighbours talking loudly past 1am. My autistic daughter was crying and could not get back to sleep
Location and price , clean bathroom and comfortable bed , car park space
Noise can be heard from the corridor and through the walls from the neighboring rooms. Our room was poorly soundproofed ,
Location was great.
Room was too hot, radiator was left on and could’ve done with a fan in the room.
The restaurant was lovely, good pricing etc. Food waa nice. Room waa spotless
Our room wasn't in the main hotel, we were in a different building next door so to go the restaurant or bar we had to swap between buildings. No lift and with suitcases that isn't great. On a main road, lots of traffic. Quite noisy as it was extremely warm and had to leave windows open, which didn't even open that much either.
