Most of the staff were friendly, and the food was ok.

Cons:

Booking.com show these beautiful pictures of inside the hotel. We were put into an anex building separate from the hotel. So had to walk across the parking lot to even get to meals. When we got there we had a hard time finding our room. It was
behind a fire door and under the stairs. The room was small, the bed was old and uncomfortable. The bathroom had an odor to it. We asked to be moved, the girl at the front told us because we booked through booking.com she couldn't move us. And said they were fully booked. But they were not. We paid 300.00 pounds for this room.
