Kettle did not boil the water as it continually cut off
Bed squeaked excessively loud to point of embarrassment and disturbed other room occupant.

The shower I. My room had no pressure so didn’t work. Also the fridge was broken and I had bought tougher abd fresh cut fruit fur the morning that had to be binned as it had turned sour.
I choose to live here on my visit in Glasglow.
Bathroom not cleaned properly.
Bed are making noise, unable sleep whole night.
The staff were very helpful and easy to talk too 😀
The shower over the bath, not even a hand dill to hold on too as I did ask for a walk in shower.

Beds were old and very squeky / noisy . Hotel in general needs upgraded

One of your stepps at the front of the hotel is out if height, i tripped several times on it

Hotel appearance very nice, they have a smart dining room with bar and also another more used bar with an outside area. They also serve pizzas and side menu. Pizzas are lovely. Breakfast was very nice and waitress service. There was also self service fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, pastries. Staff are all very friendly and readily answered questions. Room looked very nice, it had everything needed for a 2 night stay. An easy stroll takes you into Hamilton shopping area. They Milanos bar was very busy on the Saturday, mostly with young ones enjoying a drink and watching football but not rowdy.
The mattress and pillows weren't very comfortable, but that might just be our choice. Toilet takes an age to refill.
Restaurant and food was good.staff were pleasant.
Location of room,our window opened onto back of bar with noise and staff having smoke breaks.
