I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and delicious food
Pros:

The staff were excellent from the waitress, barman, and receptionist,housemaid, all are a credit to their employer

Staff were lovely.. bar was good ..

Cons:

I booked regal honeymoon suite and going in the room was absolutely freezing.. I had to phone reception to work out how to put heating on..it was just the old fashioned turn the dial at side..
Mattress was so uncomfortable for myself and my wife.. I actually ended up on floor sleeping..
Breakfast ok but toaster a shocker..just a cheap toaster meant for 4 toast but the top quarter sticks out so you have to put in sideways and then only 2 bits can go in..
It was raining and the inside entrance was so dangerous.. I slipped and jarred my back a small bit and my wife slipped going in and out..
I genuinely don't like leaving negative reviews but for £201 I thought i would treat the wife and to be honest the small room we had last year was more comfy..
We were going to family party but was wanting to relax in room from 3 to 6.20 and the room only warmed up about 5.30ish.
So sitting in our jackets until then..
Internet was not easy to connect either but we got there

Very warm and comfortable room. And the barcand restaurant facilities were very good. The reception staff were very friendly and professional.
