The hotel was convenient. The staff were pitiful.
Pros:

There was a restaurant, so we didn't need to go out searching for food. And the bathroom was huge.

Cons:

Food service was very slow. Communication from management was poor. Both staff and management gave incorrect information about tourist attraction, wasting my time and money.

everything else was baaad. The rooms didn’t have water, the rooms were stuffy and unaired, the corridors and pathways were dirty and the service lady was rude.

We had to reduce our booking from two days to one
Pros:

We were served lukewarm tea; we had to request that it be warmed. The section of the road from the main tarmac is in a terrible state, despite being a few meters from the main road

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Staff, A+ Experience!!
Pros:

Amazing hotel in quaint Kitale! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Food was extremely good, and they even changed the menu to our own suggestions. Rooms were clean & nice, bathroom water got nice and hot, and it was a place of peace where we could relax and enjoy our off time.

Nice stay outside of Kitale
Pros:

We stayed two weeks in this hotel. Out rooms were clean, the shower had warm water, the place was quiet and the WIFI was very fast. We enjoyed the food, it was always delicious and nicely prepared. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
