Horrible entrance and unhygienic

Good value but not somewhere I would stay again.

The staff were helpful and tried to address my concerns.

Cons:

When i booked I had no idea the hotel was in such a chaotic market area. You have to climb a huge flight of stairs before getting access to the lift to go to the 5th floor where this place is located.
Wifi was often an issue and I kept complaining.
There were cockroaches in my room but the staff gave me a spray to kill them.

Gegend in die uns Taxifahrer oft nicht mal hinfahren wollten, Im 5. Stock einer Textifabrik (oder ähnliches). Steile Treppe hinauf zum Lift, keine Hilfe beim Gepäck hinauftragen, obwohl wir mehrmals darum gebeten haben. Personal sprach kaum Englisch, konnte unsere Buchung nicht selbst im System finden (ich musste selbst schauen und auf View more klicken), sehr abgenutzte, schmutzige Wände und Einrichtung, Betten schienen sauber, Badezimmer war einfach nur ekelhaft. Lauter Straßenlärm.

Nada, es una estafa, cuando llegué, me dijeron que me habían cancelado la reserva sin previo aviso.
El sitio es espantoso, sucio, mal cuidado y horrible. El personal nada amigable y nada dispuesto a ayudarme ante el problema.
Es una ESTAFA!!! Booking debería eliminarlo

Pros:

1st thing booking.com looks like a scam to me.
2nd even after payment advance my room was not allocated to me
3 when I ask where is my room it was given to someone else
4 when I ask why did you give it to someone else they came for a room so we gave😶..no words ..
5 but we paid advance in booking.com for my room how can you give my room to someone else bcz for them I am late by 1hr so they gave it to someone..
6 I informed fab hotels to call the concern property and inform that I will be late by an hour they( Fab hotels) don't even bothered to inform the concern property.
7what more do you expect that I would like here..
8 what I would like is stay away from Booking.com or specially fab hotels ... thanks

Pros:

Very disappointing place . My room was extremely dirty with stains all over the walls and the toilet seat was broken. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is foreign as barely anyone speaks English so when you ask for something it never gets done.
