Все понравилось: и сам апарт- отель, и концепция. Расположен на последнем этаже высотки, лифт скоростной. Номер был очень комфортным со всеми удобствами. Персонал очень дружелебный, разместили нас раньше времени заселения (спасибо им огромное). Оплата картами, либо наличными в драмах (пункт обмена рядом). Расположение отеля рядом с историческим кварталом, до центра 1 км.

Не все говорят по-русски на ресепшен , общались на Английском .
Buena ubicación. Instalaciones nuevas y limpias, camas muy cómodas. Vistas excelentes.
Personal muy displicente. Aterrizábamos a las 4 de la mañana, y acordé con el hotel la recogida del aeropuerto y el acceso a la habitación (previo pago) a las 6.00 am. Ni lo uno ni lo otro, pese a que recordé nuestra lkegada antes de despegar.
Al final nos alojaron en una suite las dos primeras noches para compensar.
En resumen, el hotel está muy bien, y lo recomiendo, pero deben corregir estos errores para explotar todo su potencial.

Завтрак не ранее 9 утра. Но пошли на встречу
Все чисто , отзывчивый персонал, красивый вид на город , кухня , мини бар ) завтраки неплохие , но нужно понимать , что приносят в номер уже готовую еду , каждый день разное , если вы все кушаете , вам подойдет , у меня дети ничего не ели , очень переборчивые)
Не очень удобная кровать , наложено под наматрасником кучу матрасов , вообщем немного что, вечер все скатывалось .

Отдыхали с сыном в отеле с 22 сентября по 28 сентября. Чудесный отель. Располагается на 16 и 17 этажах, в нашем номере был вид на Арарат. С утра в номер приносят шикарный завтрак (мы уже по ним скучаем), уборка каждый день, замена полотенец каждый день. Мы были полных 5 дней, за это время 1 раз была смена постельного белья. Каждый день пополняется все необходимое в туалетной комнате, оставляют гель для стирки в капсулах. Есть стиральная машина, закрепленая на стене. Она достаточно вместительная, хотя на фото кажется меньше. Я заказывала трансфер, и в день прибытия забыла в багажнике плащ. Благодарю персонал, через несколько дней плащ нашли и вернули, хотя я уже попрощалась мысленно. Оплачивать можно как наличными, так и российской картой мир. Так же хочу отметить, что по расписанию мы должны были прилететь около 22 часов и мне разрешили оплатить проживание утром, когда я обменяю рубли на драммы. Отель однозначно клиентоориентирован, сотрудники приветливы и заботливы. По запросу принесли в номер утюг, сушилку для одежды и гладильную доску. Сохнет кстати все очень быстро))). Расположение шикарное, из нашего окна был хорошо виден Конд, буквально в 200 метрах. Отличное место, если буду ещё в Ереване обязательно остановлюсь именно там. ❤️
