Good but parking is struggle
Pros:

Overll nice airconditioned apartmemt with nice TV

The parking is paid and you have to drag your luggage uphill, no access from bottom all the way up

Cons:

Не работали кондиционеры, на просьбы устранить проблема не был решена. Плюс 27 в номере, не комфортная температура. По моему мнению, в таком случае должны были сделать возврат средств за некомфортное проживание.

Твердая 4 ! Кондиционер в 35 градусов жары необходим рабочий !

Прекрасное расположение . Прекрасная девушка администратор, которая сразу пыталась решить все вопросы . Номер чистый . Прекрасный завтрак .

Cons:

Жили 2 ночи и очень страдали ночью так как кондиционер не хотел опускать температуру ниже 28, просьба отеля проверить работу кондиционера . Фен в номере не работал , но девушка администратор быстро все решила и принесла фен , которым можно было высушить волосы в номере . И не очень понятно как звонить из номера на стойку регистрации , перепробовали все комбинации , муж звонил с сотового .

Просторные апартаменты. Чисто. Есть мини кухня, стиральная машина, кондиционеры. Местоположение удобное.

Fantastic staff and location.
Pros:

Everything. Super helpful staff ( Innes, Siri and Garko) Always happy to help. Cleaning ladies were efficient and nice.
Location 10 min to the Republic Square by foot, 15 min to Cascade. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
Nice friendly atmosphere at the city. Safer than NYC,London or Paris.
Breakfast was delivered to our timings, which was great.
View of Mount Ararat superb.
Def. will return. We were very happy with the service.
Occasionally, Russian tourists behave loud in the evening, but obviously this is outside of reception's control.
