Вымыть кухню. Убрать лишнее. Добавить микроволновку, полки в душе.
Pros:

Расположение, отличное! До основных достопримечательностей 10-15 минут. Высокий этаж, отсутствует шум ночью. Персонал в отеле, отзывчивый . Номер при заселении показали, такси вызвать помогали, время подачи завтрака меняли, взвесить чемоданы помогали. По просьбе принесли халаты. Когда отказывались от приготовленной еды, расстраивались и предлагали что то приготовить. Так что, кому надо, могли воспользоваться. Мы, не видели смысла.

Cons:

Уставший ремонт. Удивила грязная раковина ( спросила, можно ли помыть, мне показали, что есть жидкое мыло), не свежее ковровое покрытие, изношенное постельное белье. Все терпимо, но на границе терпимой нормы. В душевой кабине нет ни одной полки, куда можно поставить принадлежности. Очень не удобно. Нет вешалок для белья, хотя есть стиральная машина. Если кому то захочется постирать, повесить некуда. Есть плита и сковородки, но нет элементарной микроволновки, для разогрева еды. С учетом представленного завтрака, она не помешала бы. Ограниченный, своеобразный , бюджетный, завтрак, по времени. Если не проснулся к этому времени, все остынет. За неделю подавался одинаковый сок, кофе (уже холодный), нарезанные фрукты. Яблоко, банан (часто почерневший), апельсин. Ежедневно, Choco pie. Было что то приготовленное, мы не ели. Но тут, вкусовщина, может кому то нравится. Наш номер 1604 находился рядом с комнатой для персонала. Если чутко спите , то с 8 утра начинается приготовление завтрака. Стуканье тарелками, запах жареного.

Pros:

L'emplacement. A 15 min à pied de place de la république. Appartement spatieux et propre. Reception 24h/24. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Servis en chamnbre.

Cons:

Un peu difficile de trouver la réception (au 17ème étage). Pas trés bien indiqué.
Mise à disposition de petites bouteilles d'eau payantes à l'arrivée. Pourraient être offertes au prix de l'hôtel.

Хороший отель для посещения центра города
Pros:

Легко добраться из аэропорта, хороший вид с балкона, удобная кровать, дружелюбный персонал. Своя кухня можно становиться на долгий срок.

Cons:

Персонал старался приготовить завтрак, но половину продуктов я к сожалению не ем. Жалко выбрасывать. Может быть заранее принимать заказ из имеющихся продуктов.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Завтраки вкусные. Мацун- великолепен) Атмосфера- как дома. Промокли под дождём. Попросили сушилку для белья и батарею- все принесли сразу. Очень кжобно, что есть миникухня и небольшая стиральная машина. Если вернёмся в Ереван- то точно в этот отель.

A Decent Stay
Pros:

First of all, the accommodation is quite spacious, with a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area.

Since we arrived in Yerevan very early, the hotel has a 24-hour front desk and allowed us to store our luggage for free, which is a big plus.

We stayed on the 16th floor. As there aren’t many tall buildings in Yerevan, we were able to clearly see the snow-capped mountains from our room.

Cons:

1. The hotel only provided one bottle of mineral water during the entire stay. In my experience with hotels of a similar price range, they usually provide one bottle per person per day. I hope this can be improved.

2. When I asked the front desk about the water, a male staff member responded somewhat perfunctorily and suggested that I drink tap water (which, as an Asian, sorry that I’m not used to). I hope the service attitude can be improved. (That said, the female staff member who handled our check-in was excellent.)

3. The bathroom is a bit small, with a slight leakage issue, and the door lock sometimes doesn’t work properly.
