For the purpose of staying in Putrajaya’s, this location serves me well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel

Das Appartement ist sehr groß und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Diverse sehr gute Supermärkte in der Nähe und die Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Dies ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Die Sauberkeit ist überall mangelhaft. Keine Seifen in den Hoteltoiletten, Haare in der Dusche im Appartement, Staub auf dem Bettkopf.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Teller teilweise schmierig. Zu viel ist auch nicht gut. Es stehen lauter eingelegte Lebensmittel mit unterschiedlichen deckeln Rum die sehr ecklig aussehen.die Deko am Frühstück ist ebenfalls schmierig.

Der Poolbereich ist nicht einladend. Es riecht nach Fritierfett vom MC Donalds, betonwüste,keine Schirme und nur eine Handvoll liegen. Pralle Sonne den ganzen Tag ohne Schutz.

Ist irgendwie nur für Geschäftsleute und sehr unpersönlich.das Hotel ist in einer Mall und man muss in die Mall zum Frühstücken.

Great location. Front desk staff not very helpful. No first aid kit.
Pros:

The location is very convenient if you have activities surrounding Putrajaya and it's also attached to a mall. So it's convenient if you need a quick bite or shop.

Cons:

The reception staff are not super helpful. The bellboy is very good though.

We had an accident during our stay which requires the usage of a bandage, went to the reception to request for a first aid kit, and was informed that the hotel DOES NOT HAVE ANY FIRST AID KIT at side. Which I think was a bit odd.

Thankfully they had wheelchairs for us to use and basically wheeled the injured person to a clinic.
