Excellent place to stay with family
Pros:

Easy access to restaurant and shopping complex nearby .. the hotel is clean and if you come with family, it is a convenient place to stay.

The location and staff are friendly

Cons:

The room stinks and was not clean. The utensils were dirty. We paid $200 for the night and it’s a 5 star hotel but it did not feel like a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this. Also, the aircons were not working they were clogged up with dust.

lokasi yang strategik bagi kami sekeluarga. Mempunyai kemudahan parkir yg bagus serta berhampiran dengan tpt shopping.

Cons:

kemudahan untuk keluar (dari tpt parkir) mengalami masalah. Saya rasa ianya rosak or tidak dapat membaca nombor pendaftaran kenderaan saya.

Great and feels like home
Pros:

Very spacious, full equip with all the electronic machine especially washing machine with dryer. Walking distance with Alamanda Putrajaya Mall. Got Sukiya at Shaftbury. Feel like home. Never disspointed.

Bit smelly, probably water not proper drainage outlet.
