Very good
Pros:

The view from third floor was breathtaking and the location very convenient with the bus stop right downstairs. Local shops cafes, pattiseries nearby and a quiet neighborhood

Cons:

My only remark is they should have come to change the sheets and clean at least once for our four nights stay.

За тихим вайбом и красивым видом на мост -сюда!
Pros:

Очень красивый, завораживающий вид на знаменитый Стамбульский мост❤️прям в самое сердце! Чистые апартаменты, отзывчивый хозяин, по первой же просьбе показал как наладить отопление (я мерзлячка). Мы первые три дня жили в районе Галатской башни, потом переехали сюда(отдохнуть от шумных туристических улиц).

Cons:

Крутая и узкая лестница, немного уставшие полотенца и постельное белье. Готовить еду в квартире нельзя), но на это не парило) ели в кафе. Если вы впервые в Стамбул едете, то лучше брать жилье на Европейской стороне, так как отсюда все далековато 🙂.

Der Preis passt überhaupt nicht zum Zustand und ist deutlich zu hoch.

Die Treppenanlage ist sehr eng. Außerdem sind die Fenster nicht dicht genug, und man bekommt viel Lärm von der Straße.

La amplitud de las habitaciones

Cons:

La ubicación, si bien estaba en el centro del barrio Kuzguncuk, no nos fue funcional ya que solo nos acercó a la calle principal del barrio. No volveria a pagar lo que pagué para alojarme aqui.

Gorąco polecam, naprawdę warto
Pros:

Apartament naprawdę godny polecenia. Lokalizacja w super fajnej spokojnej dzielnicy ze sklepikami i restauracjami, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem i bardzo mocna obsługa. Naprawdę warto mieszkać w Stambule po Azjatyckiej stronie, jest spokojniej a komunikacją miejską można bez problemu dotrzeć do każdej części Stambułu. Ulica jest trochę gwarna ale to jest miasto więc to normalne. Odnośnie parowania jest w odległości do 400 m kilka strzeżonych parkingów ale jak się troszkę pojeździ po okolicy to można też znaleść miejsce do parkowania w pobliskich uliczkach. Serdecznie polecam, jak tylko wrócę do Stambułu to napewno do tego apartamentu

Pros:

The property is well located, on many bus and boat routes. Lovely district- lots of cafes and restaurants.
Our apartment had amazing views.
Staff brilliant, especially Ilgin, who went above and beyond to help us with a luggage problem.

Cons:

A few more bowls and mugs for breakfast would be good.

Location was amazing, and the host (Uncle Mustafa and his son Farouk) were very helpful and gave me a shirt orientation of the area, which was great.
