Important information:

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Sonder Ida in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku and HDMI cord for streaming. The upstairs bedroom in the Two-Bedroom Suite opens onto the stairs without a door. This building is prone to noise from a nearby nightclub. There is no private parking. Paid parking options can be found nearby.

Overall for the pricing and location I’d still give it a rather good scoring!
Pros:

It was very close to the convention center! Once I was able to find parking it was pretty easy to get around.

Cons:

The walls are very thin. Like you can definitely hear every conversation the people near you are having. The location was good but the initial finding parking was a nightmare. That was more on all the events happening the first night we were there, but still something to be aware of.

Pros:

The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again.
