Relax Studios Deluxe POOL WIFI BEACH

My room never got room service for all the 5 days we spent there. The AC broke down on the 2nd day , we had to ask for towels, the bottle was empty on the water fountain, water pressure was horrible in the shower, there was molding in the shower and the room smelled like alcohol and cigarettes‼️‼️‼️‼️ The pictures are lies , the beach is close but not as close and the rooms are not beautiful…..food, activities and taxis are very accessible

There was cockroaches in the rooms and the water was stink and the bed was very firm like rocks it made our posture bad and I paid for seven days and I stayed for six I need my money back please.

This property is owned by Ducassi which were rube, unhelpful, lies, poor customer service, area not safe, dirty. I wouldn’t want a nasty person staying here.

Staff is so nice, location couple of meters from the beach. Awesome cost benefit.

The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. The staff was very friendly! Everything was clean. I only stayed for a night so I can‘t judge most of surroundings, but there were shops, pharmacies and quite a lot of different restaurants in walking distance.

Received a warm welcome from reception girls who gave us a tour of the hotel area and bedroom. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable, AC worked properly. Breakfast in the mornings were great and satisfying. Eating areas are in close proximity to the hotel, lots of choices. Beach is also within walking distance.

Excellent value for money. The host makes everything to make you feel at home.

Especially enjoy the Cat’s corner breakfast, staff were very helpful.

I usually don’t write reviews. This time I feel I should. The property is way below the standards advertised. My impression is that they regularly change their name to select out bad reviews. The name of the property is not Relax Studios Deluxe but Sol Caribe (at the entrance) or Tropicana. I felt this stay was close to camping. There were ants in the room and the furniture and entrance door and bathroom and kitchen were really really run down. The only good thing was that the AC worked, which was great.
Also, when I tried to get in touch with them before arriving to figure out the exact address, they never picked up the phone and this was a problem, because even the taxi driver did not know where to drop me off.

Is not clean and I have to be the one to connect tv refrigerator and the water pipe every is sucked. A guy walk in and don’t even knock the door.

All is better then promised and just like pictured. Would book here next time.
