Pros:

They have special hi tech new feature alarm clock who wake you up as soon as the person who is in the next room sneezing.

Cons:

There is almost no water pressure in the showers which is quite old to began with.

Pros:

The room was clean and acceptable.

Cons:

There is no bell boy to help on the luggage. The staff at the reception not welcoming at all. Breakfast at 9am was literally finished whereas the time was 10am to close. The staff is too slow and not prepared to assist. No option for a vegetarian dish in the breakfast. The juice was filled once and gone.

Comfy and good
Pros:

I liked the comfort and the overall aesthetic of the room. The receptionist spoke English and very polite.

Cons:

The hotel didn't have any heater in the room, not sure why it was turned off. The shower water was moderate, but not hot. I don't know why there was no water heater. The bathroom had a slight odor maybe because there's no exhaust or outback fan.
