The pool isn’t really in the sun, we were advised minibar free but it only had water for one day doesn’t get restocked, plus 1 fruit juice, more expensive than most but really enjoyed our stay.
The location and the view was lovely. Having a balcony overlooking the bay and near the marina was the reason we chose the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We were told the water was unfit for drinking but only one small bottle of drinking water was provided in the room. Coffee/tea provided but no safe water to use. The towels were substandard for the price. The only outlet in the bathroom was across the room furthest away from the vanity and did not function. The hotel hair dryer cord was extremely short. Unable to use any styling tools in front of a mirror.

Die absolut unvergleichliche Lage ! Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Daybetten vorne am Strand sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Absolut tolles Urlaubserlebnis! PS: auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt! :)
Vom Frühstück waren wir etwas enttäuscht. :( Zum Glück konnte man auch was à la carte frisch bestellen, aber das Buffet selbst hat uns etwas sehr enttäuscht. Die Auswahl selbst ist ok, aber man hatte den Eindruck, dass einfach das restliche Essen vom Vortag immer wieder hingestellt wurde. Wäre das Frühstück zumindest jeden Tag frisch gewesen - wären wir wunschlos glücklich gewesen! Vielleicht ist das ein Anreiz an das Hotel das Frühstück zu überdenken, da wir ansonsten gerne wiederkommen würden.
Nice room but small. Nice location.
We just returned from this Hotel from a one-night stay. I really thought for the price we would get top Noch service and excellent food and facilities, but the Hotel did not live up to our expectations. The reception staff were good, and the room was lovely despite being small and lacking little things like milk to add to your tea and coffee in the room, however it was clean and we had a good night’s rest. The Hotel claims to be a four star; I have to beg to differ on that estimation. Its location is great, right next to a beach but a beach with no sand only small, crushed stones that you can’t walk bare foot on without hurting your feet. Most of the staff were fine however we went down for breakfast shortly before 10.30am which is when they like to stop allowing residents into the dining room. On arrival the waiter (who was the only one on duty) did not greet us, say good morning or anything, in fact he looked quite angry and annoyed. He picked his phone up to check the time and said in a strict manner, “You have 10 minutes before the kitchen closes”. We proceeded to the buffet spread but no juices or eggs were there. I requested two orange juices which I think may have annoyed him more. Once we sat down, he brought the juices and I asked if I could order an egg? His response was not very nice. He raised his voice and in a firm manner told us “I have already told you the kitchen is closed” …. So, I asked again, “can you please just fry one egg”? He repeated again, “THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED” I really do not know if he was having a bad day, but I felt the manner in which he spoke to us was rude and unnecessary. I really do not know if he has any qualifications within the hospitality industry or experience come to that, but they should not employ people who are rude to their paying customers. That episode left the very last impression of our experience of this Hotel. Shame it was not a pleasant one.

Reception staff were great. Room was lovely. Good location and very clean hotel.
In room no milk pots to make tea or coffee that was supplied. Breakfast waiter was no happy we arrived 5 mins before end of Breakfast serving. Looked at the time on his phone when we came down and first words were we are closing in 10mins. No good Morning, smile or greeting.. There were no eggs on the buffet so we requested them. With a firm answer we was told "Kitchen Closed". This was 5 mins after we walked in. I ask can't you fry an egg please. His answer was "I already told you "Kitchen is closed". What disappointing hospitality from a tourist leisure establishment. The waiter from the start made us feel we were not welcome and did not like us to be in his restaurant past the serving time. In fact I would label him rude and unprofessional He is certainly in the wrong industry of pleasing paying customers. Everything else was good but unfortunately the waiter left the worst last impression on us of such a nice hotel.
Tolle Lage, tolle grösse des Hotels und der Zimmer. Wunderschöner Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang. Tolles und zuvorkommendes Personal, fantastisches Frühstück. Man kann richtig gut relaxen. Absolut empfehlenswert und jeden Cent wert.
Pro mě hotel snů. Nevelký, elegantní, na pláži, mimořádně vlídný a pomocný personál, jedním slovem naprosto vynikající zkušenost. Přesně tohle jsem na Jadranském pobřeží hledala. Sem budu jezdit každý rok!
