お食事大変美味しく頂きました。
室内露天風呂があり、とても良かった。

Pros:

建物は全体的に綺麗で、食堂の料理、BGMも素敵でした。

ただ一点ですが、1階男子トイレを使用した時に、
便座に座ると洗面台と洗面器の隙間が視界に入り、
そこが汚かったのが残念です。

全体的には好印象だった。しかし、羽織は早いもの順だったり、お部屋入ってすぐ禁煙なはずなのに、タバコ臭かったり、、、少しずつ残念な所が。知らぬ間にウェルカムスイーツを１つ以上摂ってしまっていたのですが、1人ひとつは意味があるのでしょうか。。。しかし、スタッフの方はどの方も丁寧で優しく、ホテルの立地もよく、駐車場も無料で利用でき、お風呂は部屋にもあってゆっくり出来た所は良い点です。ご飯も普通においしかったです。

Pros:

全ての客室に露天風呂があり、常時暖かく保温されていたので、いつ入浴しても快適でした。
部屋の風呂で済ます方が多い為か、大浴場及びサウナも広々利用できました。
子供達と４家族で利用し、スタッフの対応、食事申し分無く過ごせました。
同じような宿を検索しても唯一無二であり、また利用したいと思いました。

Pros:

We went on a one night trip from Tokyo. They have a free ride from Jomokogen Shinkansen station, so it is very easy to get here. The hotel is new and modern. All rooms have an private bath on the balcony with a nice view of the river below. We had the half board option, and I would say it was great value since the dinner was a 6 course menu. Minakami Onsen was a sleepy small town surrounded by mountains. As a tourist it was nice to see the other sife of Japan, not only large cities. Would recommend for a night or two.

スタッフさんが皆さん若くてイキイキしていました。笑顔での対応、とても心地良く感じました。静かな立地ですのでとてもゆっくりと過ごさせていただきました。ただ、朝食が少し物足りなかった気がします…。

Stayed at Aratashi Minakami for 5 nights and it was incredible. The rooms are large and comfy. Spacious enough for 3 double beds and luggage!

Our package came with breakfast and dinner and every meal was gourmet level.

The private hot tub on the room balcony is a special touch and great for enjoying the sounds and view of the river below while soaking aching muscles after a day of snowboarding.

Well down Aratashi Minakami team! I’ll be back again!
