In questo soggiorno la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. Il personale è stato gentile e cordiale, le camere ampie e molto pulite. Si tratta di un hotel di qualità, ben curato sotto diversi aspetti.
L'unica nota meno positiva riguarda la colazione: la scelta era poco varia e il prezzo piuttosto elevato rispetto a quanto offerto. È stato l'unico aspetto che non ci ha pienamente soddisfatto

It felt really comfortable and the staff was always very helpful and accommodating. This was actually my 2nd stay here because I didn't want to test my luck again on another place and I would come back in a heartbeat.
Here you truly feel welcome and looked after.
Their Filipino breakfast dishes you can order are actually fantastic. The Harold's Burger was a disappointment. I had a life-changingly good coffee (thick, intense crema, not sour) here in December when I first arrived in Manila. But despite numerous tries to order the same one (I even had pictures and discussed it with staff), it was never as good anymore (the brownies it comes with, however - wow, every single time).
The internet is a problem. It's fantastic if it works, but there are frequent outages of both the internal infrastructure as well as external connectivity and the employees do not seem to be able to fix or even understand the problem. Would have fixed it myself if they had let me.
This is the biggest problem here, because if you have to be able to work or attend a meeting online, there's a good chance you randomly can't.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly which made check-in and the overall experience enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a good night’s sleep. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay so will definitely return.
A couple of small improvements could make the stay even better: clearer signage outside the lift on the 8th floor to show room number directions would be helpful and providing hand towels in the room would be appreciated.

The room layout is a bit weird with the lavatory outside. Fridge is not cold enough. It was also unplugged when we came in and I had to kneel down and pull out the fridge from the provision to plug it in. Dusty floor with hair strands.
