Uma noite fantástica e confortável em Lisboa!
Pros:

O atendimento da equipe foi fantástico desde a nossa chegada até a saída. Chegamos com muitas malas por volta das 9:00 da manhã e o check-in seria só as 15:00. Prontamente o atendente nos concedeu um espaço de guarda das bagagens para que pudéssemos aproveitar a cidade. Ele também ficou com nosso telefone e assim que os quartos estavam liberados nos avisou para que pudéssemos entrar. O Café da manhã é muito bom. Os dormitórios são confortáveis e limpos. O chuveiro é muito bom. Deixaram vários mimos para nós, tinha até vinho do Porto que nem tomamos. Foi apenas uma noite mas certamente voltaremos um dia.

We absolutely loved it. The bed, the shower, the staff and the location are all 10/10
Pros:

The location is soooo convenient. Add to that a seriously comfy bed, really nice staff, and it’s totally worth whatever price you book it for. We had such a good time.

Cons:

Nothing - but if I had to be fussy - a bigger breakfast selection would be better.

Kurzaufenthalt in bester Lage
Pros:

Lage ist sehr zentral. Trotzdem ruhig besonders im 5. Stock. Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Badezimmer ein Hit und Bett auch. Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , Sonderlob!

Cute little boutique hotel in central location with great service.
Pros:

Super central location but good sound proof. You don’t hear the noise from the busy streets outside. Nice clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Great breakfast buffet! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing not perfect was the size of the bed. It is definitely not a large double bed as described. Also, the bed was not really comfortable. But of course everybody has personal preferences there.
