Hotel acogedor en el centro de Lisboa.
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de las principales plazas y de los puntos de parada del tranvía 28 y 12, del E 15 para ir a Belen etc.
El hotel es acogedor quizás para ser un 4 estrellas le falte un hall más amplio con sillones y un bar.
Lo bueno es que en la zona de desayuno , en el sótano, puedes por la tarde tomar té, café , agua , galletas y bizcocho sin cargo alguno.

El personal es muy amable.

Algo tb positivo es que en la reserva através de booking.com incluye el traslado desde el aeropuerto al hotel.

Cons:

La zona de recepción es muy pequeña, falta una zona donde puedas estar comodamente sentado leyendo ,charlando..

Cons:

- You can't control the AC mood from your room
only them they can put it cold or hot.
- no coffee machine at your room you need to go to the basement floor to have coffee.
- the bathroom has a bad smell and the aspirator is always on and also controlled by them. They turn it on or off.

Pros:

Très bien situé au cœur du centre historique de Lisbonne, cet hôtel a des chambres spacieuses et confortables avec une belle salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Le seul regret concerne l'heure du petit déjeuner qui ne commence qu'à 8h.
