הצוות היה קשוב ומאד מקצועי, ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאד טובה, במשך כל היום היה קפה, עוגה ,עוגיות, פירות וכו.., החדר היה גדול, מיקום מעולה ממש במרכז העיר .
אפשרו לנו לעזוב את המלון מעבר לשעת הצייק אווט ללא תוספת תשלום.

La situation de l'hôtel est très bonne dans le quartier historique de Lisbonne.
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Une chambre ridiculement petite (301) par rapport au prix demandé, c'est presque scandaleux
Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, il n'est pas normal qu'on ne puisse pas s'installer avant 15h00. Notre avion arrivait en fin de matinée... Le hall d'accueil a la taille d'une salle de bain et le personnel d'accueil ne maitrise pas bien les autres langues européennes. J'ai raté mon taxi "Booking" parce que le personnel n'a pas prévenu la centrale de mon retard. Cette négligence m'a couté 35€. Je ne suis pas disposé retourner dans cet établissement.

Great location - would stay here again!
Pros:

I loved my stay here! The hotel is in the perfect location - close to attractions, shopping and restaurants, and a quick walk to Rossio station.

My room was very comfortable and spacious - I slept soundly and the hotel was generally quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff - they gave me great recommendations on local attractions and restaurants.

I would highly recommend the hotel - you can’t beat this location.

Cons:

The only thing I really didn’t like was having to sign up for a “shift” for breakfast. I understand it’s a small space, so all guests can’t show up at once, but the timing proved to be inconvenient and some flexibility would have been appreciated.

My other points for improvement would be better hair dryers and steaming apps on the TV.

Centrale ligging, in het drukke centrum maar toch rustig in het hotel dankzij perfecte isolatie; Inrichting van de kamers; lekker ontbijt met kwaliteitsvolle producten. Doorlopend gratis water/koffie/thee.
