Bedbugs
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

I had bedbugs in my room. I saw two in the morning. The headboard was covered in their poo. When I showed the cleaner, he squished it and said he’d put the mattress out in the sun but it was the headboard that was attached to the wall that was the problem. I asked the receptionist for a refund and he said there was nothing he could do and to contact booking.com which was quite disappointing. Without the bedbugs, it would’ve been a good, budget stay but it seemed like they knew they had the problem and didn’t rectify it when a customer complained.

Reasonable value but no kettle was a deal breaker. The bathroom could be repaired.
Pros:

Reasonable value for money.

Cons:

No breakfast. Almost 8 km from the airport and not near anything significant.
No kettle for hot water.
The room was nothing more than a bed and a small desk-like chair.
The bathroom was the worst. The sink was almost falling off the wall - the space was filled with silicone, now black from time. The plumbing for the sink was disconnected and basically drained onto the floor. The shower holder was broken so it had become a hand held. I skipped my shower.

Pros:

Stay here for 1 night. It was fine! The facilities are good and clean! The staff are also nice and friendly! They will help you with everything.

Cons:

The location was kind of difficult to find.

Pros:

Drinking water refill

Cons:

We booked two rooms, one didn’t have a sink or toilet seat in the bathroom. In the other room the bathroom door didn’t close or lock
Both rooms had been smoked in
Not possible to change room after we asked because of these problems and the owner even said that smoking was okay
Only one towel and one blanket provided for two people
No toilet paper
Moldy walls
One mattress was still covered in plastic which made a noise when moving
Bed sheets looked stained

Conveniently located, pleasant guesthouse.
Pros:

Good Sleep is conveniently located close to the angkot busstation (30 min. by angkot to the mainbusstation), loads of warungs in the side street next tp Good Sleep. The room is spacious enough with ensuite bathroom. AC is strong. Nice, communal, big balcony to relax and / or smoke. There is free hot (for tea and coffee) and cold water. The people working at Good Sleep are very friendly and keep the guesthouse clean.

Cons:

Wifi was erratic. The 2nd floor where my room was, was out of range. On the first floor Wifi was very erratic.
