Staff was extremely rude. I had just ordered a new cc from my bank because I lost my card at one of the gas stations I stopped at during my 11 hour drive. So they weren’t able to let me tap my card or use a cashapp card (which is understandable). My sister was on the phone and said we can use hers and the guy at the counter said “What do you not understand about we need the card here”. I asked the lady that was assisting me to let me call my other sister since she lived about 30 minutes away because I was already stressed and tired from the drive and didn’t want to get “ticked off.” As I proceeded to walk outside to make the call, the man jumped up and ran behind me screaming “if you’re ticked then don’t come back to our property. We don’t want or need you here. I’ll just cancel your reservation now!”
Staff was really friendly and helpful (thanks John for the good suggestions about where to go)
One side of the bed was extremely hard so I couldn’t sleep well the first night. I switch sides and was better. Also, the window cover only roil down to half the window and that was really annoying in the morning with the son coming through the window too early in the morning
