The facility's cleanliness could use some attention. There were cobwebs in the lobby area. Room 406 had touch-up paint marks on the walls. There were whole areas of the wall that were off color. Attention to detail was not high.
The hotel in general and the room are spacious and clean. Everything looks renovated. The bathroom is nice and the shower is excellent. The mattress and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was basic. The inside of the Farmer's Youghurt machine was unclean (it was opened in front of me because the Youghurt wouldn't come out). Coffee was nice and strong. The location is a bit secluded, but still very close to a mall with tons of restaurants. Good value for the money paid.
The one-piece sliding door between the bathroom and the closet is a bit awkward as it can hit someone standing in the closet when another person is exiting the bathroom. The position of the microwave above the safe in the corner by the room entrance door is very odd. The bathroom sink is very high, and I can't see a child using it unless the child is over 5 feet tall. The sheet on my bed felt rough.
The hotel was nice clean.. Great staff great area.. but price was a little high to not been in center of attractions

Clean facility and cozy room condition. Breakfast also awesome!
Absolutely loved the location it was right off 95! The next morning my truck didn’t want to start and the staff member behind the counter went home to get his jumper cables to help us!! So thankful for that! Also free breakfast was great and delicious!
The pillows were different I got a kink in my neck. Elevator did make some funky noises when using it.

Staff was extremely rude. I had just ordered a new cc from my bank because I lost my card at one of the gas stations I stopped at during my 11 hour drive. So they weren’t able to let me tap my card or use a cashapp card (which is understandable). My sister was on the phone and said we can use hers and the guy at the counter said “What do you not understand about we need the card here”. I asked the lady that was assisting me to let me call my other sister since she lived about 30 minutes away because I was already stressed and tired from the drive and didn’t want to get “ticked off.” As I proceeded to walk outside to make the call, the man jumped up and ran behind me screaming “if you’re ticked then don’t come back to our property. We don’t want or need you here. I’ll just cancel your reservation now!”
