Eh....
Pros:

Location was great, easy walk to downtown Ellicottville where there were lots of restaurants, breweries, distillery, etc. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Our suite was very musty smelling, dark and dingey, bathroom had a lot of visible mold, and could have been cleaner overall

How dirty our room was i actually left business cards behind because I'm a professional cleaner. Our room was filthy I spend 3 hours cleaning just to get some sleep after. Not a fun stay-cation for me or my spouse

I would've liked a small end table next to the chair next to the bed. I had to put my coffee on the floor. But, it was fine. Also, maybe instructions on how to use the TV. All I wanted was local stations but never figured it out. But, still. Not a big deal. I was gone a lot anyway.

The stay here was comfortable, easy to access, and has great outdoor space.
Pros:

My family of 6 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite #103. It is located in the 'basement' section. Each bedroom had a ground level window and mini fridge. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. The guest common area has a living room and kitchen (fridge/microwave). It is a great location to walk to downtown grocery (Tops), restaurants and shops. There is a creek out back, 3 disc golf stations, and a fire pit.

Cons:

If you're planning to prepare meals this is not the location for you. Coffee and tea provided - fix your own. I was able to locate mugs and disposable hot cups with lids, but never came a cross a spoon to stir in honey/sugar/creamer/etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was beautiful.
Pros:

We like the room it was very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the comfort of the bed, coffee in the room and we enjoyed that we got to enjoy our shows that we enjoy watching. We enjoyed how peaceful and quite it was. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

We didn't like the dust and spider webs on the head board, corners of the room and lamps. We would ask that housekeeping do a better job with dusting, and making sure that there is no hair in the shower or bathroom. We didnt like that we had to use our disinfect wipes to clean areas of what the housekeepers missed.

A familiar place for overnight stay.
Pros:

The check in and out process was by email and text messages. The site is familiar to us as have stayed here 3 times. I was able to use the freezer in the commons area for something that needed to be kept cold the next day. Plus, the room we were in was right next door to the commons area. Room #2

Cons:

This time we had a different room. It was different but still lighting issues in both rooms we stayed in. We did have air that we could use. The bathroom was small but useable. The toilet seat was quite low.

Great location, easy check in/out!
Pros:

We loved our stay. It was online check in and check out which was nice and convenient. The location was perfect and it was very comfortable!

Cons:

We enjoyed everything. The people walking above were a little loud of walkers but I don't think that was something they could help. We ran the fan and it basically washed out the steps!

EVL Timberline Lodge
Pros:

Overall the stay was great. The location was great. One could easily walk into the center of EVL and find restaurants,stores, or little shops. The lodge was quiet. The room had a modern yet rustic feel. Having access to a kitchen was phenomenal. An air fryer might be a great addition to the kitchen.

Cons:

The bathroom lacked the toiletries mentioned in the description. The bathroom needed a little attention cleanliness wise. The aroma of the room was not initially appealing.
