Lovely - very nice hotel with great staff.
Pros:

friendly and accommodating staff. Had issues with the shower, so we got a free upgrade and complimentary 1pm check out. lovely stuff!

Cons:

the initial problem with the shower was annoying but easily dealt with.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Chambre exiguë et bruyante en journée et le soir, avec un énorme vis-à-vis. Donc manque d'intimité sauf rideaux fermés.Pas de bouteilles d'eau. Un petit déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur du standing, apporté dans un panier à prendre dans la chambre obligatoirement, sans table pour le poser ou manger .Pas du tout continental et sans boisson chaude. Décevant.

Loved hotel and its location would definitely stay again
Pros:

Booked 4 rooms for family for my daughters graduation
Hotel location was ideal 2 minute walk to bridgewater hall and midland hotel
Rooms were lovely staff on desk lovely
Value for money

Cons:

Bathrooms a little tight but we only booked cozy rooms

Breakfast was delivered in the room. No table to eat and quality no good. Better take breakfast outside on the corner that is really great. So they better do not serve breakfast at all

Cosy rooms, great Aircon, very central value for money. Secondary glazing keeps it quiet from the night revellers.
Pros:

Central location, friendly helpful staff

Cons:

Dark decor whilst very in keeping with its style is a bit too dark for me. It does however have large windows to help with this.

Smart hotel, lovely staff, excellent location.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast but reception recommended an excellent establishment.

Cons:

Nothing apart from the bar closed quite early, so had to go elsewhere for a drink after our event.

Very poor
Pros:

When rejecting the person or service on the reception she takes a deposit and she said deposit will be written soon as she will leave. It’s been over over four days deposit it’s not been returned.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Wow, everything! Beautiful decor/atmosphere. Pleasant and friendly staff. The room...incredible. Very comfortable bed, and a lovely shower. We can't wait to stay here again.
