De locatie
Het ontbijt! Geen buffet maar een mandje op kamer met verpakte taaie croissants en muffin. Niks vers, geen fruit, brood, beleg en koffie/ thee moest je zelf met cups maken.
Bed werd ook niet dagelijks opgemaakt . Kruimels van het ontbijt werden ook niet opgeruimd.
De rest van de dagen bij het koffie tentje er naast heerlijk ontbeten.

We both always enjoy our stay here. Staff are always amazing and helpful.
The rooms are cleans. Beds are super comfy. And the deco is 10/10.. would recommend upgrading to a room its well worth it

It was clean and friendly staff. The hotel is suitable for young residents which is a shame.
Noisy at night and no cooked breakfast. No parking slot at all , have to pay £66 for parking. Very expensive.
The hotel is in a superb location in Manchester, very central and close to many great restaurants and attractions.
Unfortunately, I was required to create an account on an external website to finalize my booking. Since staying, I have been notified of a significant data breach at the hotel, leading to consistent spam calls to my phone number. I was also charged an unexplained small fee after check-out. Due to failing to secure my personal booking data, I cannot recommend staying here.
Additionally, a fire alarm went off during my stay. The staff did not follow evacuation protocols and reassured me to go back to my room while the alarm was still ongoing.

No bar. No restaurant. Breakfast in a basket was of poor quality

Been on first floor could hear the private party in the bar if had know would off ask to be higher up the floors plus tv volume was rubbish couldn't hear it properly.

Got told air-conditioned but seriously can't open a window. Mini bar a rip off also.

From noise to remote control to air conditioning noise to cottage cheese milk that I paid extra for and has had me sick for 24 hours beyond food poisoning milk. I'm getting over cancer and I was left in a terrible state. I've worked for sainsbury and marriott hotels in hr but the service was installed into us. You're running a walking nightmare
I think I've said it before. Coffee pots stagnant water concierge need i go on. Worst experience ever
