The smell in the room was terrible. As for breakfast, the worst I’ve even had! Also, who ask for a deposit on top of your room rate?

The location was great. The room was quiet and compact and clean.
I struggled to control the temperature in the room. When I went in it was freezing and it alternated between too cold with air con blasting right on to the bed or just warm enough. The thermostat is on the opposite (warmer) side of the room. I have a cold now.
The breakfast was ok but unfortunately I don’t eat cherry yoghurt and don’t eat muesli so perhaps it would be helpful for a description before booking.

Great location; very stylish and comfortable.
Room was a little cold with no ability to change settings.
Room and bathroom not massive but clean , well furnished and functional . Staff were polite
Breakfast was not what I would have ordered. I would charge all the residents slightly more , drop the muffin and the muesli and provide a decent pastry and croissant.

The shower flooded our room - cleaned up ourselves with all the towels, informed staff but no new towels provided.
Faulty electrics meant the lights wouldn’t turn off in the bedroom. Very bright and right above the bed.
Air conditioning not working - very hot in the bedrooms.
Moved rooms at 10pm - no help from staff at all.
Breakfast ordered for 7am - didn’t arrive. Went down and got the breakfast hamper myself. No help offered.
