The room was very small and extremely dark. No one answered reception in the morning as we had no milk in our room for breakfast drinks.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far below the standard we expected. The television in our room did not work throughout our stay, the room had an unpleasant smell, and housekeeping failed to refresh our room or provide fresh towels. We were also never provided with complimentary bottled water, which was a basic amenity we expected.
To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful whenever we raised our concerns. On one occasion, a member of staff appeared to be behaving in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, which was particularly worrying. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and lack of attention to guests made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I had hoped to recommend your hotel, but unfortunately my experience has left me feeling compelled to share an honest review to raise awareness for others unless this matter is addressed appropriately. I would appreciate a prompt response explaining how you intend to resolve these issues.
Well located, friendly staff, comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities.
Not a fan of the dark walls, made it very dingy in the morning, found the room a bit claustrophobic and very noisy as you can hear people opening and closing doors of neighbouring rooms.

Chambre exiguë et bruyante en journée et le soir, avec un énorme vis-à-vis. Donc manque d'intimité sauf rideaux fermés.Pas de bouteilles d'eau. Un petit déjeuner pas du tout à la hauteur du standing, apporté dans un panier à prendre dans la chambre obligatoirement, sans table pour le poser ou manger .Pas du tout continental et sans boisson chaude. Décevant.

Hotel location was ideal 2 minute walk to bridgewater hall and midland hotel

Breakfast was delivered in the room. No table to eat and quality no good. Better take breakfast outside on the corner that is really great. So they better do not serve breakfast at all
